The Curious Case of the Feet in a Pair of Boots
A lot happened in 2020, a lot that I can imagine most of us wish to forget. Nevertheless, it has changed the world forever and whether we like it or not COVID-19 is not going anywhere. For me, as well as many many others, COVID-19 has completely changed our lives. I was 22 and had not long graduated university. I lost my job at the start of the pandemic and found myself sofa-surfing. It was awful. The only good thing in my life was having met my current partner, and he asked me to live with him. Our flat wasn't much just a studio flat in a building of about fourteen others.

Scratch of the Wendigo..
We all know, unless, of course, you haven't heard of the tale and ongoing mystery of the Native American history of the beast. As we call it, to this day, the Wendigo.. We describe it to be a flesh eating monster whom creeps in the shadows of the night silence, who stands very tall, containing antlers with the body of a decomposing deer and sharp, long claws. It was, we believe to be, once a human. A human to then crave lonely wonderers in the dark. Specifically, the woods.

Blue Moonlight Part Nine: Forgiveness is Hard
Loud sobbing woke me up, a shameful Jean sitting next to me. His suit was torn up, snarls in his hair told me that he hadn’t slept at all. Sitting up, my arms wrapped around his neck. Pressing my lips to his passionately, the tears stopped streaming down his face.

Not a Coincidence
The Turner family sits uncomfortably in their car, following the twists and turns on the old road they’ve found themselves on. The road is like the surface of the moon, filled with jarring potholes. The sun is low in the horizon, causing blinding light to shine straight into the eyes of Mrs and Mr Turner whom occupy the front seats. Mrs. Turner, a women of about 30 with brown hair and deep hazel eyes, clutches onto her husband as they hit yet another enormous pothole. She yelps and her husband suppresses a chuckle.

I Quit My Job at the Bank Today
I quit my job at the bank today. It's not like I had much choice, after what happened. There's no way I could ever set foot in that place again. The things I saw will haunt me until the end of my days. Of that, I am one hundred percent certain.
