Dreams of the Beach
This is my entry for the Liminal Spaces 2022 writing contest on the Creepypasta Wiki. Contest page here. Story here. The first dream was emptiness and the sound of waves. There may have been more to the dream while I slept but in the waking world I could only remember the waves. For a week, whenever I had a moment between thoughts the sound would come back to my mind's ear. Something was off about it. Isn't the sound of the water supposed to be so soothing you can sleep to it? One day I pulled up a few relaxation videos and apps to compare my waves to their waves.

First Mission
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. I was never one to believe anything could exist in the vacuum of space without some kind of spacesuit. Merely because it isn't capable of harboring life forms without some kind of additional support. Let alone hear any sound. It just isn't physically possible.

I Hear Them
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. Clearly, they have never met me. I hear it relentlessly. The cries of scared children, the woeful lamentation of lives cut short, and the wail of those left behind to mourn. Some days the weight of their grief is too much to handle, and I’m left bedridden. It’s gotten worse as we’ve come closer. The screeching bleeds into my dreams, enveloping my fondest memories in a macabre shadow. I can’t help but wonder how long it’ll be before my screams become part of the cacophony.

The Voice of the Heavens
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. I used to wonder at that, how humans have immediately gone to ‘scream’. Not ‘laugh’, or ‘cry’, or ‘sing’. I would gaze up at the stars as a child and wonder to myself, why do we consider the horror of the heavens above all else?

The Value of Her Surprise. Top Story - August 2022.
Gabriel had sensed it long before he had even reached the front door. It was likely because it was a beautiful fall day and he was driving home with the convertible's top down. At first, he simply assumed he was just smelling the remnants of her on the leather seats, like a warm memory. He was excited to have a three-day weekend ahead with the love of his life. But then that scent grew stronger until he was pushing the buttons of the neighborhood gate code, and like a predator sensing for another predator through the winds, he inhaled deeply. The scent was unmistakable; his hands clenched tight around the steering wheel.

The Arrival of the Welder Gheist
Today started out pretty weird and only got weirder. We'd been out of the woods for about a week, my legs finally feeling less wobbly, and I was set to putting everything back to rights. Having been gone about three days, the dust had taken over again, and the house needed to be aired out. Grandpa had helped with the cleaning as much as he could, and now the house is back to its usual presentable state.

Thailand strange encounter
The crew a Taiwanese uncle said to me, he filmed these years, the bizarre things encountered a lot, the most impressive is the early 1990s, in Thailand, a hotel incident. The protagonist of the incident was an actress at the time. Because it was filmed in Thailand, the actress brought her parents along, by the way, to let the two old people spend their vacation.
