Nathairden House materialised out of the crepuscule like a pale spectre, and I, Frederick Lewis, was struck by its singularity. Visibility this evening is dismal due to a griseous miasma coating the entirety of the surrounding marshland.

Tales of the Unexplained
We all know that mannequins are manufactured objects that are not, and have never been, flesh and blood. They don’t possess souls, hearts or brains and cannot, under any circumstances function on their own. Now that we have that out of the way, the following story involves a series of encounters a young woman allegedly had with unidentified beings that, for all intents and purposes, appeared to be living mannequins.

Demon With A Steel Hand
October 26, 1984 A sphere of chronal energy formed then dissipated, leaving behind a bent-over naked man. Bloody time travel and its constraints. ([People.com][1]) The decorations came at a sensitive time: with millions of Americans potentially losing access to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and other food-aid benefits, the post was seen by many as tone-deaf — a vibrant celebration while others suffer in silence. The Ghosts of Waverly Hills Sanitorium
In 1910, at the onset of a deadly tuberculosis epidemic, Waverly Hills Sanatorium was established in Louisville, Kentucky. The original intention of the facility had been to offer care and treatment to those infected with the highly contagious disease. What the institution ultimately became, for many, was a prison from which they would never escape, at least, not while they were still living.
