Cat and Mouse
Stacy… Stacy had been running for six days. So far, the Hunter hadn’t left her any clues as to where she should be going. To be honest, she wasn’t even sure he was still chasing her. She was sure that she’d heard him leave a couple of days ago. Either that or she’d been close to someone else. She couldn’t risk checking, or she might run right into him. Stacy sat down to rest. She ate some trail mix and drank some water. After a few minutes she began to run again. She hoped that Justin was okay. She would never be able to forgive herself if something happened to him because of her.

Cat and Mouse
Chapter Three Amanda… It had been a month since her ordeal in the forest. She was going to therapy and that was helping. She was also taking self-defense classes as well as wilderness survival classes. She couldn’t be sure that the hunter wouldn’t come after her again, but she would be prepared if he did. She had talked to Stacy the first week after the man, who was named Austin, had rescued them. After that first week Stacy had disconnected her phone and moved. Amanda had also moved and changed her number. Every now and then Austin would call to check on how she was doing. She’d googled him and it turns out that along with being an avid outdoorsman he was also a successful real estate developer. He was in the beginning stages of developing parts of the forest where he’d found them. They had been spending a lot of time together over the past month and he was helping Amanda get back to normal. Normal was going out and having fun, which she was getting ready for now. Austin would be picking her up in thirty minutes and they were going for dinner and a movie. Amanda was glad to be getting out and she hoped that Stacy was doing the same. The police hadn’t been able to catch the hunter, even with Austin’s description. Stacy couldn’t remember anything about the hunter and all Amanda could remember was his voice. The case was still open, but Amanda wasn’t holding out any hope that he would be caught. Amanda looked out the window and saw Austin pull up. She took one final look in the mirror before heading out the door. Tonight, would be the first night of a start of a new, happy life, with minimal fear and worry of what could happen.

Cat and Mouse
Chapter Two He’d been tracking them for two hours when suddenly he’d lost their trail. He’d thought that by adding another mouse to the game it would make it easier for him to catch them. He’d expected Stacy to resist playing the game. That was not the case, however. It appeared that she had embraced playing the game and was every bit as good at it as Amanda. He really wished he could keep them. They were the best prey yet.

Reed Alexanders's Horror Review of 'Underwater' (2020)
I was super worried I've have to apologizes to Kristen Stewart for all of the jokes I've made about her acting career. I've compared a lot of the worst acting in horror to Ms. Stewart and I never exactly let up on her for her involvement in Twilight. I'm low key kinda glad this movie wasn't as good as it looked in the previews, because now I don't have to apologize.

Cat and Mouse
She walked quickly down the sidewalk, eyes straight ahead. She had just gotten off work and would be home in two blocks. He knew this because he’d been watching her for the past three weeks. Tonight, was the night he would finally have her. He’d just lost the last one. He’d thought she was the one, but she wasn’t strong enough. This one was perfect. She would outlast all the others; he was sure of it. He could feel his heart beating in anticipation. As she moved closer to where he was hiding his anticipation grew. Finally, she came to the alley where he was waiting. She sped up a little as she walked by but that would do her no good. As she passed, he jumped out behind her and covered her mouth with a rag he’d dipped in chloroform. She struggled for a few moments before going slack in his arms. He picked her up and quickly hurried down the alley to his waiting van. He opened the back and laid her down on a mattress. He blindfolded and tied her up. Then he injected her with a sedative. It would take hours to get back and he didn’t want her to wake up before it was time. He quickly got into the van and drove away, whistling.

'Underwater' Review—Fast-Paced and Thrilling
Here's an idea for a movie: we have a group of people trapped, far away from civilization, and disaster strikes! They find themselves at the mercy of a mysterious creature killing them off one by one, and no one can hear them scream.

Drunk in a Barrel
Chapter 1 It was 12am on a Tuesday, I had just ran out of whiskey at the house, all I had left were three 16oz beers, it was not enough for me to get a buzz. So I made my way to the closest bar on foot before 2am, I took a Twain book and wanted to just read, smoke some cigarettes, and catch that good o’l sweet buzz I was sweating for. It was only maybe a mile away that I had to walk and on the way there I sipped on one of the beers I had, to I got there.
