If the largest of the asteroids were to actually strike the Earth, then it would result in an impact crater measuring 440 metres across. An impact of comparable intensity actually takes place about once every 2,000 years. About 2.5 million people would lose their lives, if such an impact were to take place over a major metro city in India.

Napoleon Bonaparte, born on August 15 1769 on the island of Corsica is widely recognized as one of the influential figures, in human history. According to the book "Who's Bigger" published in 2013 which ranked figures based on their significance Napoleon secured a second place surpassed only by Jesus Christ and preceding the Prophet Muhammad. While his exceptional skills as a strategist are well documented it is fascinating to explore the twists and achievements that defined Napoleons remarkable life.

Miriam,
“The name of Amram’s wife was Jochebed the daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt; and to Amram she bore Aaron and Moses and their sister Miriam” (Numbers 26:59, NKJV). Miriam means bitter. Miriam is the older sister of Aaron and Moses. It was Miriam who watched Moses (when he was in a basket) from afar and she also mentioned to Pharoah’s daughter about finding a Hebrew woman for the baby Moses. Even though the mother gave Moses up (it was to protect him) it was through the providence of God that she was able to get him back. She taught him all he needed to know that he was a Hebrew and was not an Egyptian.
