Aristotle Dumas's assistant irritates Phyllis

Vincent Stalba debuted on Wednesday as Carter on The Young and the Restless, who is Aristotle Dumas' assistant. Stalba is an Actor and Producer who has worked in both films and television.

He has produced critically acclaimed shorts and features that have premiered at Aspen Shortsfest, Fantastic Fest, Fantasia, Beyond Fest, New Orleans Film Festival, Florida Film Festival, and more.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), got Aristotle's number from Billy Abbott's (Jason Thompson) phone, decides to call Dumas, but Carter refused to allow her to speak with his boss directly.

Carter will clash with Phyllis

Carter will rub Phyllis the wrong way by keeping her from his boss. Phyllis is frustrated that her meeting with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) did not go as planned. She insists to Carter that she has to talk with Dumas immediately, but he takes her phone number and promises to give his boss updates.

This lets Y&R fans know that the mysterious businessman will soon appear in Genoa City. Victor has had dealings with him but has never seen Aristotle. Damina Kane (Jermaine Rivers) has also worked with Dumas but has not seen him, which makes this man more intriguing.

Just who is Aristotle Dumas?

The Young and the Restless viewers thought Daniel Goddard was returning as Cane Ashby and would be revealed as Dumas. Goddard has joined the cast of General Hospital as Professor Henry Dalton.

Now, many fans believe Billy Flynn (Chad DiMera, Days of Our Lives) will debut as the new character in Genoa City, but there has been no confirmation. Some who watch the CBS soap believe Flynn will be a recast of Cane hiding behind Dumas's identity.

Phyllis and Carter will clash

Fans know with certainty that there is no fury in Genoa City like Phyllis scorned. Carter keeping her away from his boss will only make her try harder. She could lose focus and instead of trying to take Billy down, make her mission to find out all she can about Aristotole Dumas.

Will she try to use her charm on the assistant to pump him for information? Fans of the CBS soap hope this new character will be worth the wait when he finally shows his face. Will Carter give in and connect Phyllis with his boss and will Dumas finally allow her an audience.

Could a romantic spark fly between these two, and what does Victor have planned for the competition? The Newman patriarch has had dealings with Aristotle but has never seen him. He

Victor blew Phyllis off when he refused to work with her regarding her cheme againt Billy and asked her to never try to play him. He said "I'm Victor Newman I know what the hell I'm talking about."

Dumas is on his way to Genoa City

Now Phyllis is angry at Victor and Billy and intrigued with Aristotle's secrecy. The same is true of Damian Lewis (Nathan Owens). Mishael Mrogan is returning as Amanda Sinclair, and it's rumored she is Dumas's lawyer.

Carter the assistant and Amanda the attorney showing up in Genoa City have The Young and the Restless fans hoping Aristotle will not be far behind. Will this character who is being portrayed as larger than life live up to his reputation or will viewers be disappointed?

Be watching for Amanda to arrive in Genoa City and see how Phyllis reacts. If she learns her good friend is the lawyer for the mystery man, she could try to work Ms. Sinclair for answers. Look for The Young and the Restless spoilers and breaking news to reveal the next steps in this storyline.
