A new possibility is being projected for two people in Genoa City, and fans say they hope this does not come to pass. Spoilers for the upcoming week on The Young and the Restless suggest that Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbank) and Daniel Romalatti (Michael Grazieadei) will spend time together.

The duo allegedly will grow closer, but what does that mean? Tessa allowed Daniel to vent when he became the number one suspect after Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) was murdered, but fans didn't detect a spark between them.

Tessa could cheat with Daniel but return to Mariah

If trouble is brewing because of Daniel, The Young and the Restless will probably take a long time to develop anything romantic.
