'Fear the Walking Dead' and 'The Walking Dead' Crossover?
At New York Comic Con on Saturday night, Robert Kirkman (an American comic book writer) revealed an extremely tempting prospect for the glorious months to come: a crossover episode between The Walking Dead and its prequel, Fear the Walking Dead. Even though Fear the Walking Dead was uniquely carefully designed to stand on its own. Robert correctly states that Fear the Walking Dead has grasped the point where it has its own identity. Kirkman loves to tease, but rest assured: Presently there was precisely a small crossover between both successful shows. When Morgan, who formerly was in The Walking Dead crossed over to Fear the Walking Dead. Fans have been a bit upset about losing Morgan. Even though many people thought Morgan was been killed off in The Walking Dead, in my opinion, Morgan splits from Rick’s group after the Negan War and heads west and a time jump will allow the Fear crew to catch up so this will work with the timelines.

Must Have Emergency Kits to Survive a Zombie Apocalypse
I’m always telling my son Jarret: humanity isn’t prepared for climate change. Too much of the world is already Children of Men and there’s a chance we’re going to end up in The Road. If that happens, Jarret knows he's going to need to steal emergency kits. They will be the new currency. They’re packaged with everything you need to survive but they’re made to be portable. Nothing else is built that way. Jarret just says, “Dad, that’s not going to happen,” and then I say, “That’s exactly what they said about President Sex Criminal.” And then Jarret tells me to stop texting him links about emergency kits and to stop telling him Children of Men is already happening.

Evil in Our Stories #1
We love evil in our media. Audiences, readers and gamers, intake fictional narratives every day and many contain something malevolent wreaking havoc. The proof isn’t hard to come by, how many of these titles have you seen or at least heard of: NCIS, Dexter, The Sopranos, The Walking Dead, The Godfather, and Psycho? You probably recognize most of those titles, and can think of more media with similar themes. Some interesting questions arise with this revelation: Why do we like it? I argue that this dark phenomenon in our media can teach important lessons, like societies need to cooperate in order to survive as seen in The Walking Dead; but most important of all of them being that our greatest villains are far from being alien to us, but rather reflect the duality of human nature, just like when the audience empathizes with Michael Corleone’s heartbreak over Fredo’s betrayal in The Godfather Part II which enables us put aside a horrendous crime and accept it later in the movie as justified.

Zombie Survival
So there has been nothing but an increase in the belief that a zombie or zombie-like apocalypse is plausible, or even inevitable. Regardless of the "type" of zombies (which we will discuss in another story), there seems to be a similarity in what would be required in surviving such a disaster. Let us explore and discuss some of these absolutely required traits human beings would need to attain to ensure survival.

Carl 'The Badass' in The Walking Dead
One of the most shocking moments on The Walking Dead aired last Sunday night and had too many die hard fans either angry or confused. This has been by far the worst and rushed death in the show in my opinion. When the hell did he get bit and why did they kill him off so quick? And why couldn't it have been a more intense way to go?
