The Vampire Diaries
At the beginning of The Vampire Diaries, episodes taken from the series of books started by Lisa Jane Smith and continued by other authors, I was so disliked by Damon Salvatore that I didn’t even see him as handsome, despite — played by actor Ian Someralder — handsome he is up to the impossible. He was the bad-bad, unscrupulous, arrogant, evil, while his brother Stefan was the good. The bad and the good vampire, in short, in the wake of all the new bloodsuckers of urban fantasy of the 2000s. But when, at the end of the first season, he dances with Elena, his brother’s girlfriend, it is now difficult to remember that he is not the one to love. And when, in Season 6, Elena lets herself be hypnotized to forget she loved him, she herself wonders — like me at first — how Damon Salvatore could be found attractive.

My favorite shows from the Renaissance age of Cartoon Network
Watching tv was one of our favorite things to do when we were kids. But watching tv on Saturdays was the best thing ever. We could get up early every Saturday morning to watch our favorite shows. We would watch every kids' channel ever: Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, etc. But the number one channel for watching cartoons is none other than Cartoon Network. While they had successful shows in the 1990s and 2000s such as Ed, Edd, n Eddy, Codename: Kids Next Door, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Johnny Bravo, The Powerpuff Girls, Teen Titans, Dexter's Laboratory, and many others, they had more successful shows during an era known as the Renaissance age, which started in 2010. This was the era of Cartoon Network that I grew up with. And I am here today to talk about it.

Manifest
Manifest is an intriguing story and a mix of many different things. If you like modern mystery, and adventure with a dash of the supernatural, you will like this series. It might confuse, confound or challenge you depending on where you are on the divide. It might also question your views on faith, belief, destiny, predestination, and the supernatural. This is because it attempts to glue so many things together - faith, religion, history, science, agnosticism, archeology, astronomy, philosophy, Egyptology, and lots more. What it does have going for it is the suspense and mystery which keeps viewers going back for more. In addition, this series shines a light on everyday issues as well as some of life's more perplexing mysteries.

The Orville: New Horizons - A Human Sci-Fi Adventure that I Don't Want to End
When I first heard about The Orville back in early 2017, I remember the discussion around the show being that it was going to be a lighthearted Star Trek parody. That made sense considering the creator of the show, Seth MacFarlane, was and still is best known for his comedic work, including the perennial Family Guy.

House of the Dragon
Well the second episode of House of the Dragon is out and though I liked the first episode I am approaching this show with caution and a lack of expectations. The likelihood of horrendous treatment of its women characters is damn near 100%. So here we go, my live feed thoughts on its second installment.
