The Ashley Madison Affair on Hulu
If there was ever a time that adultery was trendy; it would be the time of the heyday of extra-marital affair dating site Ashley Madison. The site that started in 2001, and is still operational today, despite the setbacks of a 2015 cyber hack that ruined lives, was the place to go before Tinder for discrete hookups outside of your marriage. In a new three-part Hulu Original Series done by ABC News Studios, we are exposed to the history of the site from its meager beginnings to rise to infamy and the events surrounding a cyber security hack that most assumed would play the part of its demise.

Secret Invasion
We’ve established thus far that I am less than impressed with the Secret Invasion series so far. Which is mostly disappointing because I feel up to this point the Disney+ series have been more good then bad. But the real problem with this show is the entire lack of emotional connection. There is no heart, no reason for the audience to care about any of these characters. That is the show's biggest problem so far, the little ones however are a big reason why it's been difficult to power through the show. It's slow, the pacing is really poor, and they have opted to make it visually very dark which was a poor decision. Normally 2 bad episodes won’t kill a show IF it starts getting drastically better after the 3rd, however it will only be a 6 episode series so we are officially halfway through. Will it get better? Or is this officially the worst Disney+ MCU show?

Revenge
Our first time discussing a plot driven story and one that I actually love, Revenge. Emily Vancamp gets the spotlight that she deserves in this 4 season show. This is an amazing show for a lot of reasons but the fact that it is a plot driven story that only takes the time that it needs to tell its story is the biggest reason. The problem I have with most plot driven shows is that they get popular and renewed by networks and then they are forced to keep going and they try to turn into character driven shows with a heavy plot element and as we have established that doesn’t work. You get one or the other, so here we go with all the reasons Revenge is the perfect plot driven story.
