The Subtle Power of Persuasion: Can a Woman Make a Man Do Whatever She Wants?
Diana was a woman who believed in the subtle power of persuasion. She didn’t see relationships as a battlefield of control but rather a dance of influence, where a shared rhythm could lead to mutual understanding. She often joked with her friends about the age-old question: “Can a woman really make a man do whatever she wants?” Most of them laughed, calling it an impossible feat, but Diana knew better.

Power Rangers Review: "The Green Candle"
I know it's been over 30 years, but...I still LOATHE that candle! Tommy Oliver joining the Power Rangers was a huge boost to the heroic tandem. When the quintet became a sextet, the Power Rangers became more powerful and had more weapons in their arsenal, a major one being Dragonzord. We would see a bigger force in this two-parter, but I'll save that nugget for later.

Power Rangers Review: "Green With Evil (Part V: Breaking the Spell)"
So after four parts, a lot of turmoil, and with hope pretty much lost, the Rangers finally had the answer they were looking for since it all began. Tommy Oliver, the quintet's newfound friend, was the evil Green Ranger. He was the one who took out Zordon in Part I, sent Jason to the dark dimension in Part II, and nearly finished him off in Part III. And finally, it was Tommy who partly caused the Rangers' worst defeat in Part IV.

Power Rangers Review: "Green With Evil (Part IV: Eclipsing Megazord)"
To put it bluntly, this was the best episode of the miniseries. I'll go into more detail later. I'll say this. Part III was amazing in its own right due to the fact that Jason actually went up against Green Ranger in that dark dimension, and narrowly escaped. The Rangers had their leader back, but they also had another plague in the form of Scorpina. Despite this, Rita Repulsa pulled back on that attack, but the Rangers knew that it would be a matter of time until Rita would deliver again, possibly in a much larger way. That moment came in the form of Goldar destroying the city, and that left the Rangers wondering what to do as Part III came to an end.

Power Rangers Review: "Green With Evil (Part III: The Rescue)"
The evil Green Ranger, to this point, has done a number on our heroes. Part I saw the Green Ranger take out Zordon and defeat the Power Rangers handily. In Part II, Green Ranger became even more powerful once he received the Sword of Darkness, and he used his Power Coin to send Jason to the dark dimension, where he would face off against Goldar. This left the Rangers shorthanded, but with the help of Megazord, they did hold Green Ranger at bay, but they were still without their two most important allies: Zordon and Jason.

Stating the Obvious: The DCEU Has a Toxic Actor Problem
Hard to believe, but the DC Extended Universe celebrated 10 years on June 10, 2023. It was on June 20, 2013 that the film, Man of Steel, hit the big screen and kicked off DC's equivalent of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that began five years prior. Man of Steel began Henry Cavill's stint as Superman, and also featured Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Michael Shannon as General Zod, and Antje Traue as Faora-Ul.

Villainess Review: Bridget (Mighty Med)
Happy Mother's Day, all! This day--rather, this weekend, is designated to celebrate mothers. After all, they gave birth to us, they give us tender loving care, they nurture us, and they give us wonderful sage advice. However, none of that applies to the mother who is the subject of this review. I learned about Mighty Med several years ago; I knew it was one of Disney's many live-action superhero shows, but I wouldn't learn about the show's connection to Lab Rats until I finally binge-watched the show on Disney+. I had my central reason for checking out this show, which only lasted two seasons, and here it is.

Reviewing the Conclusion of the Red Death Arc
So here it is. We have arrived at what seems like the conclusion of the amazing Red Death arc that started with the ninth and final season premiere, where the villainous speedster briefly appeared in the final moments of that episode. After another mysterious appearance in the second episode, the third episode ends with Red Death being revealed as an evil doppelganger of Ryan Wilder, aka Batwoman, a fact that was actually revealed months before the final season began. The previous episode saw Evil Ryan attempt to manipulate Iris into going with her into her Earth, after claiming that her version of The Flash destroyed her world and attempted to stop her from saving it.
