'Super Lopez'
The planet of Chitón is under the rule of tyrannical dictator, General Skorba (Ferran Rañé) with a population of exactly 250 thousand. When Jan Chitón (Gonzalo de Castro) and his wife (Mireia Portas) have a child, they send him to Earth to escape the clutches of Skorba. Jan tells Skorba that when his son grows up, he will come back and free their people.

Everything Is Adorable
Much like Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, the original The Lego Movie was one of those movies that at first sight, you would write it off as an uninspired cash grab, only to see it and realize it has no business being as good as it is. Such lightning caught in a bottle is nearly impossible to duplicate, but that never stops movie studios from creating sequels anyway. So, is the sequel a worthy successor, or much like the Pirates franchise, is this the beginning of a downward spiral for the series? Let’s find out.

My Review of 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom'
I've never been a huge fan of the Jurassic Park series. It's been a long time, but I remembered liking the first two movies. I don't think I cared much for the third movie. Jurassic World was a pleasant surprise, but it was definitely a popcorn flick where I enjoyed the movie for the fantastic special effects.

'Guava Island'
This is the first video essay for this channel! Let me know what you think and if you’d like to see more of this stuff… Anyone who’s a fan of Donald Glover knows most times, his work is shrouded in a lot of secrecy. This is actually one of the things I love most about him: he’s one of the few creators who can still keep us on our toes. His latest project, Guava Island, is no different. Other than a short trailer and some vague social media posts involving Rihanna, people didn’t know what to expect from this new collaboration. Then, only a week out from the event, Gambino and his team finally confirmed the project was dropping following his performance at Coachella. The musical-thriller follows in the footsteps of its predecessors, (think "Purple Rain," "Lemonade", and "Dirty Computer") and delivers us something that’s worth more than all the music festival hype and marketing stunts. It utilizes the medium to elevate what could be an hour-long vanity project, into an allegory about an artist’s function in modern society.

My Review of 'Game of Thrones' Season 8, Episode 4
So the great war is over and everyone is ecstatic. Arya had saved the day in episode three and I wondered to myself what was next for episode four. How could they end the great war in episode three? Well they still have another war with Cersei to claim the iron throne. Oh yeah! That's right, the true game of thrones.

My Review of 'Avengers: Endgame'
As you've all probably heard Avengers: Endgame is probably the biggest movie ever. This movie was anticipated to become a high grossing movie regardless if it was good or bad, but they don't often make very bad Marvel movies. So I would have to say that the odds were that if you go to the movie you're going to get exactly what you were looking for.

Tracks and Tube
Let me first start off by saying, because my boyfriend is gonna feel some type of way if I don't, that I was not immediately sold on this show from the first three episodes. The beginning formula felt wrong. Like, yeah, it was a cute show and it had a POC cast that I'm always happy to see. But it was just a little odd at first because it has this weird Nickelodeon/Degrassi vibe. Like, it's too adult to be on regular television but it felt like Dan Schnieder from Nickelodeon had produced it. (Which he doesn't need to do anything involving children ever again.) Luckily, Dan's hands are nowhere near this project, but Eddie Gonzales and his team are heading this one up. Eventually, once we got past these episodes, the tone of the show began to shift and finally settle into a more mature script that allowed me to continue watching.

'Despite Everything'–Review (Netflix)
Four sisters, Sara (Bianca Suarez), Lucia (Macarena Garcia), Sofia (Amaia Salamanca), and Claudia (Belén Cuesta) are brought together by the death of their mother, Carmen (Marisa Paredes). At the funeral, the sisters, who are all very different, and whose lives have all taken very different paths, sees many male friends of their mother that they do not recognise.
