My Review of "Break"
Break is a French movie that came out back in 2018. Initially I thought this was going to be a breakdance movie because of the name and the fact they mentioned that there was some sort of bboy battle. This was kind of a trojan horse to lead me to this movie. It is hardly a breakdance movie but it's not an entirely terrible movie either.

Ariana Grande: Excuse Me, I Love You is definitely not the documentary that it's trying to sell itself to be. It is more of a concert video than full out documentary. Sure there are glimpses in seeing what goes into the production of her grandiose productions but there are only snippets.

Riverdale - Season 2 Review
For the entire duration of Season Two of Netflix's Riverdale, one question has haunted me for weeks - what is happening? After the revelation that Jason Blossom was murdered by his father, the first season went out in true Virginia Andrews inspired Gothic style. Cheryl burned down her family mansion, Archie and Veronica hooked up, Betty and Jugghead's relationship was on the rocks after Jugg joined the Southside and Archie's father was shot by the mysterious Black Hood. Season One had the strongest narrative, it was clearly a mystery-thriller with a clear story goal - who killed Jason? Furthermore, this was not a "Teen Drama", it was a drama with teens at the centre.

Goodreads average rating: 4.22 RRKReads rating: 3.5 ⭐s This book has intrigued me since the time I saw it's title in Goodreads. I knew this book would be quite unconventional and probably controversial. I wasn't disappointed. Most of the events mentioned in the book seem straight out of a fantasy book, albeit a scary one. At times I would wonder if I am reading a book about a parallel universe or the one we are currently in.

My Review of "Palm Springs"
Palm Springs just came out in December of 2020. I have to admit it was one of my anticipated movies of the year when I first heard about it through a trailer. I'm a sucker for Groundhog Day movies. The most recent ones that came out was Happy Death Day and Happy Death Day 2 U. They put a nice little horror element to it but it wasn't really scary. Palm Springs adds a few new twists to this genre as well.
