Loki: Lamentis
Opening with Hayley Kiyoko’s Demons, Lamentis, is a mesmerizing spectacle with adrenaline-fueled fisticuffs, a deluge of hilarious repartees, and most importantly, a lesson on love. Yes, you heard me right. After all, isn’t love the only thing that transcends time and space?

The Doctor and Danny
My cousin and I have conversations of the utmost importance. More often than not, these conversations revolve around books, movies, and TV shows. One particular discussion of ours was centered on Doctor Who. Working under the assumption that you, dear reader, are aware of the show given you clicked on this article, it should suffice to say that you understand the subject of regeneration in the context of Doctor Who. My cousin sent me a text one day saying that the Eighth reincarnation (or regeneration) of the Doctor would not be compatible with meeting another character, Danny Pink.

My Review of "Loki: Season One"
Loki: Season One was probably one of the last character who I thought would get a TV series on Disney plus. Mainly because he's been a villain throughout the Marvel universe. Although his last few appearances in the Marvel movies he was starting to warm up to Thor and seemed like he had a good side.

Review of "Angel of the Overpass"
The third book of the Ghost Roads series returns to the highways of America, where hitchhiking ghost Rose Marshall continues her battle with her killer--the immortal Bobby Cross. Lady of shadows, keeper of changes, plant the seeds of faith within me, that I might grow and flourish, that I might find my way through danger and uncertainty to the safety of your garden. Let my roots grow strong and my skin grow thick, that I might stand fast against all who would destroy me. Grant to me your favor, grant to me your grace, and when my time is done, grant to me the wisdom to lay my burdens down and rest beside you, one more flower in a sea of blooms, where nothing shall ever trouble me again. Rose Marshall died when she was sixteen years old and on her way to her high school prom. She hasn't been resting easy since then--Bobby Cross, the man who killed her, got away clean after running her off the road, and she's not the kind of girl who can let something like that slide. She's been looking for a way to stop him since before they put her body in the ground. But things have changed in the twilight world where the spirits of the restless dead continue their "lives." The crossroads have been destroyed, and Bobby's protections are gone. For the first time, it might be possible for Rose to defeat him. Not alone, though. She'll need every friend she's managed to make and every favor she's managed to add to her account if she wants to stand a chance...and this may be her last chance to be avenged, since what is Bobby Cross without the crossroads? Everything Rose knows is about to change.

Review of 'The Archer at Dawn'
Romantic intrigue and electric action fill the gripping sequel to The Tiger at Midnight, a world inspired by ancient Indian history and Hindu mythology. Perfect for fans of Sabaa Tahir and Victoria Aveyard. A stolen throne. A lost princess. A rescue mission to take back what's theirs. For Kunal and Esha, finally working together as rebels, the upcoming Sun Mela provides the perfect guise for infiltrating King Vardaan's vicious court. Kunal returns to his role as dedicated soldier, while Esha uses her new role as adviser to Prince Harun to seek allies for their rebel cause. A radical plan is underfoot to rescue Jansa's long-lost Princess Reha--the key to the throne. But amidst the Mela games and glittering festivities, much more dangerous forces lie in wait. With the rebel's entry into Vardaan's court, a match has been lit, and long-held secrets will force Kunal and Esha to reconsider their loyalties--to their countries and to each other. Getting into the palace was the easy task; coming out together will be a battle for their lives. In book two of Swati Teerdhala's epic fantasy trilogy, a kingdom will fall, a new ruler will rise, and all will burn.

Review: "A Quiet Place Part 2"
John Krasinski shocked the world when A Quiet Place first came out as he proved to be a skilled writer and director that created a memorable horror film. Most horror films that have come out as of late have been filled with jump scares and frankly forgettable, but not A Quiet Place. Considering the success, it is understandable to get a sequel and while it isn't as good as the first it still stands up as a solid film thanks in large part once again to the talent behind the camera. While the sequel doesn't boast the same intimate feeling that the original had, it is a bigger film in scope that deals with the after affects of living in a post apocalyptic world that is absent of hope. The sequel also succeeds in doing everything a sequel should do in that it continues the arc, while also expanding its universe and characters.

Cruel Summer
I watched Cruel Summer and I found the first episode to be promising but flawed. I did finish the series but… her are my abundant complaints. Let me start with some biographical information to set the stage. I was 10 years old in 1994, I had two teenage sisters, an abundance of friends with older siblings, and cousins. Teenagers in small town America, in 1994 informed a great deal more of my identity than I would like to admit. I am going to graciously say that the creators of Cruel Summer really tried to create a satisfying period piece, but they missed some important marks. The clothing, fashion, slang, and music just brush up against greatness.

My Review of "Katamari Damacy REROLL (PS4)"
Katamari Damacy REROLL (PS4) came out in 2020 just 16 years after the original had come out. Only recently was it put on sale on the PlayStation Network Store. At $15 Canadian I couldn't pass it up because I had so many fond memories with this game. Plus it was an easy way to score more PlayStation trophies. Yes I'm that guy that collects trophies...
