Lessons From Turkish Drama. Top Story - August 2022.
They say when you tell one lie, you tell a thousand more to make that one true. This is Ada's hilarious story in Baht Oyunu (Twist of Fate/Game of Destiny). She comes from a family history where it is erroneously believed that a woman who does not marry her first love will be unhappy for the rest of her life. When this does not work out, Ada believes herself doomed for life and puts plans in motion to win back her first love who has moved on. Of course, this throws up unintended consequences and is a harbinger of much confusion.

Why Aren't You Watching The Queer Show 'Dead End: Paranormal Park'?
Dead End: Paranormal Park is a young adult supernatural thriller based on the comic DeadEndia by Hamish Steele. It's about a neurodiverse Pakistani woman named Norma Khan (Kody Kavitha) and a trans man named Barney Guttman (Zach Barack) having adventures in the demonic-infested theme park, Phoenix Parks — a cross between Disneyworld and Dollywood. Norma and Barney battle demons, perform exorcisms, and along the way, become more confident versions of themselves — a staple of Young Adult (YA) media.

My Review of "Conan the Barbarian"
Conan the Barbarian is an old Schwarzenegger movie from 1982. It's a movie I didn't get to watch until my late teens. Even then the special effects in the movie seemed kind of dated but yet I loved this movie. There's just something about this movie that drew me to it. Today I once again get to explore this old classic.

My Review of "Conan the Destroyer"
Conan the Destroyer came out in 1984 a mere 2 years after the original movie. It makes sense because the first one was a classic. I loved that original movie yet I never saw the sequel for some reason. All that has to come to and end when I finally found the movie on Blu-Ray. This has been many years in the making and I finally get to know what everyone's talking about.

My Review of "Megan Thee Stallion: Traumazine"
Megan Thee Stallion: Traumazine has just come out in 2022. It is my time listening through a full album from Megan Thee Stallion and I'm floored. This album might be really raunchy but it is entertaining as heck. The subject matter doesn't really delineate a lot and it isn't incredibly deep but it is a lot of fun.

My Review of "Batman (1989)
Batman (1989) was the first movie I ever saw on VHS. My mom went out to get a VCR for some reason and somehow haggled the salesperson to include Batman in the deal. I remember seeing it for the first time and I was in awe. I've never seen anything like this movie let alone knew who Batman was.

Bullet Train Review
I have always been a Brad Pitt admirer. I’ll go watch everything he is in just because he’s in it. That’s why I stay away from reviews until I can go see the film and review it myself. I had literally been counting the days until “Bullet Train” came out. I was very excited to see it. Unfortunately, other than Brad’s humor and the movie soundtrack, the film lacked a strong story line. Writers Zak Olkewicz and Kotaro Isaka made a good attempt at the story but it was a bit cheesy. There was a lot of action, quite bloody so if you have a weak stomach you may not like this film. I found myself closing my eyes a few times because there was just so much blood. This film had a “Murder On The Orient Express” feel with a dash of a cartoonish background. Kudos to the special effects team, the effects were really good.
