My Review of "The Departed"
The Departed came out back in 2006. When I first saw this movie I thought it was a masterpiece. I loved everything about this movie and it became a little bit of a classic for me. Maybe due to the runtime of the movie, I haven't seen this movie for a long time. Though, I have seen it several times since it came out. I just haven't reviewed this movie through Vocal Media yet.

Throughout the 2010s, the rebooted Planet of the Apes series stood as one of the best modern trilogies in recent memory. Six years later the series has returned without Andy Serkis in the lead. Can it push on with a different focus and tone? Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes knows exactly where to take things; the result is another solid production.

Mad Max Fury Road
Okay so this review might seem a little outdated, but as someone who hasn’t seen any Mad Max movies I thought that ahead of seeing the newest film I should watch what most consider to be the best one. Now I normally hate action movies, I find most of them have no real plot and I am not as enthralled with the sight of explosions as most people seem to be. On top of that, action movies tend to portray women quite poorly and I will never overlook that. All that said, this film comes highly endorsed by my husband so we finally watched Mad Max Fury Road. So here we go….

Ghostbusters Turns Forty!
June 8th, 1984, started it all... The summer of 1984 was a very traumatic time for me and the family. My father had died in December of 1983, and my mother was determined to enjoy her life and try to create as normal a world for me as she could. There would be trips to family and friends in New York and California, an attempt to get me interested in judo (no comment) and a move to a new home not too far from my old neighbourhood, but clearly a bigger and fresher space for all of us. And, then there were the movies...

House of Lies 2024 Review: Enough with the Everyday Mysteries
I have a request from the Vocal team. Please think a little about Indian content creators. We are very talented. Along with Stripe, please consider adding other payment withdrawal methods that would make it easier for us in India to transfer our payments directly to our Indian bank accounts. I have been very worried for the last few days because there are many things, starting from the Wifi bill, due to which content creation is not possible. Without money, it will not be possible for me to contribute on this platform. However, I will still do as much as I can until Stripe comes completely to India, which they claim will happen by the second half of 2025. This is very good news for us Indians.

My Review of "Boy Kills World"
Boy Kills World came out back in 2023. It's an action movie that was unfortunately mixed in with a whole slew of revenge action movies that been coming out at the time. I'm really sad I passed on this when it was in theatres because this would have been awesome in the theatres. It was a victim of a movie with not much press and I hope that gets rectified soon. I had a ton of fun with this one.
