Deadpool and Wolverine
Deadpool and Wolverine has been a highly anticipated film for nerds everywhere for quite some time now. I myself was extremely excited to see this movie. The first two Deadpool movies are hilarious but they are also narratively good stories with strong emotional cores. So imagine my surprise when I finally saw Deadpool and Wolverine and it was not good. Sorry nerds I know this might get me kicked out of the club but the film was underwhelming at best and disappointing at realistic.

In 2022, when the first season of House of the Dragon was premiering, a recurrent point of contention among fans was that the show was moving too fast. With multiple time jumps and recasts, season 1 hit the ground running, covering a lot of ground in the 10-episode span.

House of the Dragon Series Review (Season 2)
Spinning off from its wildly popular predecessor, House of the Dragon marked a return to medieval politics in 2022. It was successful in revitalising George R.R. Martin’s fiction on the small screen. Two years later and the highly anticipated second chapter has arrived. It’s generally well made, but falls short of the stellar debut.

Fire and Blood
Okay now that we are done with season 2 of House of the Dragon we can discuss all of the fun and unnecessary deviations from Fire and Blood and why they were good or bad decisions. Season one ends with the death of the sweet baby boy, Lucerys. The greens have usurped the throne and war is brewing. At the end of the first season it was anticipated that season 2 would open with a son for a son. The internet was right…kind of. I think the general consensus was that it was a little underwhelming but let’s talk about the book events that were kept, and the ones that were changed in House of the Dragon season 2.
