'The Penal Colony'
Robert Massimi. The Penal Colony is an interpretation of Kafka's The Penal Colony. From Kafka, it is a novella about three men; the traveler, the soldier, and the condemned man set to be executed. In the book, the traveler is invited to witness the execution of a soldier who disobeys his superior. Out of politeness, the traveler agrees to come along to a small valley that is closed off on both sides. With only the three present for the execution, the soldier goes through the apparatus that will eventually kill the man in question. It is cold and calculating how the soldier goes about it, almost relishing the other man's death.

Criminal Minds Great Episodes
Every season has at least one episode that is just brilliant! Like more brilliant than any other episode in the season. Which for some seasons is quite difficult. The reason it is not called the best episodes is due to the fact I have a similar list published already called "Criminal Minds Most Memorable Epsiodes" so go give that a read. It would be too similar and for that I have picked different episodes from each season to be more diverse. This is a list, starting at season 1 going all the way to season 14 of a truly great episode in each season.

'The Girl With The Red Hair'
Robert Massimi. From the time you enter the Alchemical Theater, you know you are in for a bumpy, rough ride; so hold on and enjoy. Set with an edgy feel (track lighting and open ducks on ceiling), music plays before the show, Casey Hartnett (Hayley Jones) prepares for the show before us; she would turn in a stellar performance, one to remember for a long time.

MCU Theory: 'Spider-Man: Far From Home's' Chameleon is Getting a Skrull Backstory?
Gotta give Spider-Man: Far From Home a lot of credit, they upped the Marvel mid and post-credit scenes game up, giving fans some major double takes. You'd be forgiven if you had to turn to your friend beside you to make sure that what you just saw actually happened.

The Reality Is
I must admit, right out of the gate, that I am not a fan of reality television. That is not to say it has no merit, or even that all reality television is terrible—though a lot of it is—it is just that, as an aspiring writer, looking at it from a purely selfish point of view, it is lazy television. When I say ‘reality television’, I am not referring to talent shows.

Explaining the Production
So I'd like to start with the "why" of this movie. Why make a movie about podcasts? Let's start with the fact that it is an original idea. There have obviously been a few movies about podcasts (more than a few if you take the stance that the failed Seeso featured many live action/video versions of existing podcast. However, that would start us down the road of all sorts of spinoffs of podcasts like Homecoming etc.). WOAH! See, this is the issue with the discussion of podcasts; read the parenthetical in that last sentence. Really read it. Like what am I even saying? Why has the conversation about podcasts turned so quickly into very specific productions. The issue is that people knowledgable about podcasts know so much; some would say too much. We are very into the state of podcasting. Most new media creators are very up on their field because of how much it updates.

'Stranger Things 3'
Season 3 of Stranger Things dropped on July 4th to coincide with the Independence Day celebrations in America, which mirror the festivities in the show. With any new season of a show, you always have that worry—is it going to be as good as the previous season? The answer in this case is a resounding YES!

Why Your Reasons to Dislike Halle Bailey Are Ridiculous . Top Story - July 2019.
While growing up in the 90s my favorite Disney movie was undoubtedly The Little Mermaid. It was released in 1989, and it was the first movie I saw in the theater. The Little Mermaid was my life. I knew all the songs. I had an Ariel doll and birthday cake. I wanted to be Ariel. I dreamed of being a mermaid when I went to the beach with my cousins, talked about Ariel nonstop, I even named my little brother Erick after the Prince. My brother is still sore over this, and he is in his 20s. Get the point? I was obsessed.

'The Comedian's Tragedy'
Robert Massimi. The really great thing about off of Broadway is that you never know when you will come across what I call a hidden gem. In a well directed play that takes place in ancient Greece, we are given a story about a boy who lost himself for a period of time and then finds his dream.

I'm So Glad It's Over
Game of Thrones. GoT, or whatever you want to call it. I suspect that I won’t be winning any monetary rewards or any kind of recognition for this article because this article does NOT praise Game of Thrones. I loathed it. Now fans of the show will say that it’s because it’s not like The Lord of the Rings—well, of course it’s not like Lord of the Rings—and let’s face it, Aragorn is so perfect that the reader often feels the need for a vomit bag, and Tolkien’s own relationship with women is certainly a bone of contention; after all he subscribed to the pale, passive heroine languishing upon a daybed in the Lord of the Rings, although he does write better fleshed-out heroines in The Silmarillion in both Elwing and Luthien. No, it’s the fact that his heroes are not just deeply flawed, but that they act on these flaws. Ned Stark killing Sansa’s direwolf because he can’t kill Arya’s—and instead of doing the right thing, he does the easy thing. This man is the Hand of the King for God’s sake! There are a myriad of other things he could have done, but instead he chooses to do his duty—and for what? Does it improve relationships with Cersei? Does it improve the relationship with his daughter? I would say "no" on both counts. Now that’s he’s betrayed his daughter to obey his Queen, Cersei knows that Eddard Stark will put duty before anything else, which means she knows exactly which buttons to push.
