Friday Night Lights
Please note this article contains some "sensitive" information. This is just my opinion. All I did this weekend was binge watch TV shows and clean my apartment. I did not leave the comfort of my apartment, except to take my dog on walks. While I was scrolling through Amazon Prime, I came across the series, Friday Night Lights. This used to be on Netflix, but I am unsure if it is still available.

The Streaming War: All the Major Players
Everyone knows about the so-called streaming wars, but, like most would be gimmicks, have brushed the whole thing off as another cheap marketing ploy to gain subscribers. This war is something that seems amusing when trying to get people’s attention when something big happens at Netflix, or someone makes a move over to Hulu. But most of the time, viewers just scroll past those headlines because they do not know the sheer gravity of the situation.

Movie Review: 'Shaft'
Shaft is back with a vengeance. If you are a longtime fan of Shaft, you will enjoy watching this action-packed, comedic movie. Directed by Tim Story, Shaft is a type of movie that adults ages 18+ can watch, and have a good time. I wouldn’t recommend children see this movie.

'The Outsiders'
The Outsiders, written by S. E. Hinton, is the story of Ponyboy Curtis and his experience with the conflict between the "greaser" gang he's loosely in and the opposing group called the "Soc's." The book was adapted for the silver screen and has been performed on the stage. But now is the time for this impactful piece of literature to reach the final STAGE of its performance potential. Here are three reasons The Outsiders should be the next book that was adapted to film to be adapted into a musical.

'God Shows Up'
Robert Massimi. It seems the heatwave is too much for theaters; thinking I was reviewing I Spy A Spy, I ended up at The Actors Temple instead to see God Shows Up because the St. Clemente Theater had no air conditioning and had to cancel the show.

Ending a Conversation
Characters: Tusra and Anastra. Tusra and Anastra stood outside the hall. Its large wooden doors with intricate patterns carved into it towered over Tusra. He began to feel uneasy as he knew what was going to happen. Looking over to his Princess, he noted that she didn’t share the same feelings as him, did she not know the situation in which they have been called for? No of course not, she didn’t listen. Anastra never listens.

Taylor Swift Pulls Off Catwoman's Creepiest Look in 'Cats' Trailer: Why She's Purrrfect for the 'Batman' Movie
There are two things that the internet loves above all else: cats and weird stuff that can be turned into memes. The new trailer for the Cats movie delivers both, so it’s inevitable that its creepy kitty characters will live on in internet infamy, no matter how the movie based on the Broadway show does at the box office. And if it does bomb, at least it can serve as Taylor Swift’s audition for the new Batman movie starring Robert Pattinson. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Catwoman will be one of the villains in the latest reboot of the Dark Knight film franchise.
