All Female Teams
With so very many all male superhero teams I of course want to talk about the all female teams that exist. Now these are significantly less but they are worth talking about, and of course this is going to be another book plug and preview for Lady Comic Book History.

Underrated Superheroes
Scarlet Witch Okay obviously you knew she was going to be on the list, people have been sleeping on my girl since her first appearance in 1964, she has grown into one of the most powerful heroes in the Marvel universe, an indisputable fact that people often refuse to acknowledge. House of M remains one of the greatest feats of power the comic book universe has ever seen and I personally can’t wait to see how they continue to grow her character and her powers in the MCU.

Ranking Studio Ghibli Movies
As someone who grew up on Disney I had heard of Studio Ghibli throughout my adult life but I had never seen any of the films until I met my husband. He is a huge Miyazaki fan and as such I have seen most of the Miyazaki - Studio Ghibli movies. So as someone who is new to the genre of anime I wanted to rank the Studio Ghibli movies I have seen from my most to least favorite. I also want to preface this by saying I didn't think any of these movies are bad, they are all beautiful and wonderful stories. I just clearly liked some more than others.

Fall Movie Review
The sense of danger when making isolated thrillers is crucial to success with many productions taking a simple approach. After a relatively small theatrical release in the US, Fall has arrived on Netflix; for a film of small size and scale, it makes a solid impression on the viewer.

Forgotten Women in Comics
If you haven’t heard of it yet, my biggest pride and joy is my podcast Lady Comic Book History. I poured lots of time, effort and research into it and whenever I can get an episode out, I do. It's important work that means a lot to me and I feel so strongly about it that I am turning the idea of Lady Comic Book History into a book. I want the forgotten women of comics to be documented, recognized and remembered. That said I am going to start doing lists like this, consider them teasers as to the characters that I will be discussing in my book. And please listen to my podcast to find out about other incredible ladies that I have already talked about.

What Makes a Movie Bad?
So I clearly do a lot of media analysis, but before I start doing in depth video essays I think it's important to share how these pieces of media are being judged. What exactly makes a movie or tv show bad? There are many objective and subjective criteria; yes you can objectively analyze art and I genuinely don’t care who says otherwise. If a movie or it's elements are racist, homophobic, sexist or otherwise bigoted it's objectively bad. Period, no discussion, that point of analysis isn’t up for debate.
