These 7 Comic Book Based Shows Are Heading To The Small Screen
By now you've probably all seen at least a few episodes from the various DC shows on the CW (Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow) or Fox (Gotham) as well as other comic book properties (iZombie, Supergirl, Lucifer). Although your opinion may be that one specific show is superior than another, it doesn't change the fact that thanks to these networks we're seeing some of our favorite characters finally portrayed on screen.

You Have to See This Real Life Rey and Finn with Baby BB-8
While there are many people that think that Poe and Finn are the definitive couple in Star Wars: the Force Awakens, there are still those that love Rey and Finn. At Salt Lake City Comic Con's Fanx this past weekend, there were many people dressed as characters from the Star Wars Universe, but one that stood out was a family dressed as Finn, Rey, and their adorable baby was BB-8

Jeremy Renner To Meet Cancer Fighting Superhero At Salt Lake's Fanx
Comic Cons around the world are amazing for fans. It gives them the opportunity to meet the people that they look up to, and have their lives touched by them — and sometimes the heroes themselves are touched in return.

Elektra: I'll Bet You Didn't Know These 8 Things About Marvel's Beautiful Assassin
By now, hopefully if you're reading this, you've watched at least part of the second season of Daredevil on Netflix. Elektra steps into Season 2 of Daredevil and fans of the character are ecstatic that she is making another appearance after her less-than-stellar introduction in the failed 2003 film. She is known primarily as the antagonist and sometimes love interest of Matt Murdock, but truly there is much more to her than meets the eye.

The Importance of Daredevil to the History of the Marvel Universe
Daredevil is a character that, more often than not, has been overlooked by newer fans as a minor player in the grand scheme of the Marvel comics universe. Some of that blame falls on the failed movie in 2003 (I know I try to wipe it from my memory), and some of the blame falls on a shifting culture that wants to see characters that don’t carry such a dark atmosphere about them; Marvel has tended to steer the bulk of its properties away from the dark and gritty stories until the Netflix branch of the Marvel Cinematic Universe was launched.

These DC/Marvel Mashups Will Prove How Similar Every Super Hero Is (But We Still Love 'em)
The greatest debate in nearly all of nerd and geek culture is: #Marvel or #DC? For decades, fans of each comic book line have drawn metaphorical lines in the sand over the two publishing giants. The debate is likely never going to end, but that didn't stop illustrator and character designer Eric Guzman from giving us some brilliant fan art that combines our favorite characters.

Loki Isn't The Only Trickster: Is The Title Of 'Thor: Ragnarok' Misleading Marvel Fans?
It looks like we are set for a Thoriffic time when Marvel's #ThorRagnarok swings Mjolnir onto our screens in November. While the DCEU is still playing catch up to Marvel, there is no denying that for the time being at least, the #MCU is ruling #superhero films far beyond Asgard.

Who Do I Vote For? - 10 Comic Book Characters We Wish Could Become President
With another Presidential Debate on the books it looks like here in the United States many people are laughing at the ludicrous situation we find ourselves in in terms of choices in the upcoming presidential election. Everyone has an opinion and it seems that we are expected to choose between what many consider the two most unpopular candidates we've ever had on both sides of the political party system.

Daredevil: The 8 Things I Bet You Didn't Know About The Devil Of Hell's Kitchen
Daredevil is returning for Season 2 very soon, and after the trailer dropped yesterday, we got our first real look at the punishment that's coming in a little over a month (see what I did there? clever, I know). Daredevil is one of those characters that most people know at least a few basics about. Matt Murdock, son of failed boxer Battlin' Jack Murdock, was blinded by a radioactive isotope that fell from a truck. Although blinded, he soon discovered that his other senses had been heightened to incredible levels. He pushed his mind and body to become equipped to find justice in the courtroom as a lawyer, and on the streets as the vigilante known as Daredevil.
