‘Fame’ Remember the name: Gene Anthony Ray
In 1980 the movie FAME became a box office hit and the character Leroy Johnson made his portrayer Gene Anthony Ray a star. Ray was born in Harlem on May 24, 1962 in the neighborhood of West 153rd Street. He began performing street dancing at an early age during block parties. He attended the New York High School of Performing Arts but was kicked out after only one year. His mother Jean said the school was too disciplined for her “wild child”. This lack of discipline would haunt him all of his life. Ray skipped school one day to audition for Fame choreographer Louis Falco and as they say the rest was history.

Actress Kirsten Storms is currently recovering from brain surgery because a cyst that needed removing. She says she will be filming again on GENERAL HOSPITAL in a few weeks. It’s a travesty that Ms. Storms feels she owes the public every detail of her journey but it’s because of how she has been treated her n the past. When the actress remained silent about previous health issues some people made up their own answers and were not kind. Kirsten wanted to get ahead of the rumor mill and assure everyone that her brain issue was not cancer.

THE OMEN was an American/British horror film that was released in theaters in June of 1976. The movie received mixed reviews from critics but was a box office hit grossing more than 60 million in the United States and was named one of the top movies of that year. Harvey Spencer Stephens portrayed demon seed child Damien Thorne who was switched at birth with a baby who died. The father, an ambassador was aware that he was taking home the spawn of the devil but his wife initially was clueless.

Darin McGavin is recognizable to many people because he portrayed the father in the popular holiday classic A CHRISTMAS STORY. He also has cult following because of staring in the ABC thriller THE NIGHT STALKER during the 1974–1975 season. There were 2o episodes of the series and only the first 4 used that title. 'General Hospital actress Kirsten storms is recovering from brain surgery
Actress Kirsten Storms shared a health update on Instagram so that her followers will know exactly what is going on. The GENERAL HOSPITAL actress said she had brain surgery to remove a cyst that had split in half but that she does not have cancer. Doctors had to open her skull in order to take care of the issue but Storms is coming along pretty well. Last week the soap veteran gave the performance of her life when her character Maxie gave birth in the woods, got away from crazy nurse Chloe, and gave her baby to Brooke Lynn Quartermaine to raise.
