The fourth episode of Marvel's What If..? contained a scenario even darker than the third, with a storyline involving Doctor Stephen Strange eventually destroying his universe in his efforts to turn back time and save the love of his life, Christine Palmer. Dominic Hoffman after Julian Day on A Different World
One of the pitfalls of acting is that those who perform for a living can become typecast and defined by one character no matter how many other roles they have. Some entertainers embrace this and go with the flow while others state publically that they do not enjoy their fans associating them with one character, television show, or movie. For many TV viewers, actor Dominic Hoffman will always be Julian Day who dated Whitley Gilbert (Jasmine Guy) on the NBC series A DIFFERENT WORLD.

Rise of Kevin Hart
The episode is based on Kevin Hart’s failed attempts to elevate himself to the Hollywood celebrity category, which tarnishes the image as the character hides envy from his successful celebrity friends. In 2009, Hart embarked on a comedy tour with his Grown Little Men act, followed by Funny in 2010, Laugh My Pain in 2011 and Let Me Explain in 2013, both of which were released as films.
