Shekhar Home Web Series Review | By Ayush Verma
Don't Let Shekhar Home Become Underrated: Watch it Now!

See, many such content are made in Bollywood that do not reach people or people ignore them just because there is no big superstar in it and that content remains underrated, but today I am talking about one such content or series that I watched and I don't want it to go into the underrated category.
A series has come on the JioCinema premium called Shekhar Home. From the name itself you must know that this is a detective thriller series which I have seen, now let's talk a little.
All six episodes are of 40 minutes, so assume that you can finish this series in four to four and a half hours and its speciality is that each episode comfortably keeps you tied to your seat till the end.
Now let's talk about the story because it is a detective-based story, so in almost every episode there will be a new story. As each case gets solved, you'll see everything coming together by the time you reach the last episode. This way, the whole series stays connected, and the flow doesn't break.
A lot of simplicity has been kept in the storyline or its making so that the scenes do not look half-baked because anyway, the storyline is of the '90s, hence VFX CGI was not used to give it a raw feel because there was no need.
Also if you look at the actors in front of you, their acting is such that your attention will not get distracted here and there.
This show is led by Kay Kay Menon Sir, who is a must-watch and with the presence of an actor like Ranveer Shorey, the content becomes the cherry on the cake. You'll also see Rasika Dugal and Kirti Kulhari in supporting roles. While their screen time isn’t much, they’ve truly brought their characters to life with whatever they were given.
You will notice one thing in the entire series: the simple storyline has been presented in such a way that twists and turns are coming into the story on its own. Without adding any glamour or unnecessary drama, this entire series keeps you hooked.
There is a nice twist in the last one, you will enjoy watching it.
Well, the series also explains how it got the name Shekhar Home, so you'll get to know the reason behind the title as you watch the show.
By now, you’ve probably guessed that this series is inspired by the literary works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. However, the stories shown in it are completely original, using fictional characters to create the series Shekhar Home. It wraps up at a certain point but leaves a hint that says, "Picture Abhi Baaki Hai Mere Dost."
There are full chances that the second part of this show will also come but I would like to say one thing from the heart Kay Kay Menon is a genius in his facial expressions and genius in his acting skills and I think her casting was perfect for the character of Shekhar Home. It seemed as if this role was written just for him.
Conclusion
So I don't think that you should miss this show. Yes, I also agree that there is some flaw or flaw but that flaw gets hidden somewhere in front of Kay Kay Menon Sir's acting and the last twist.
Overall, this series gets 3.5 out of 5 stars from my side.
