Pushpa was an ordinary teenager. A sixteen-year-old girl, she was a class truant. The only child of her parents, her little world was all about school, friends, and studies. But one day, her life suddenly changed—when she realized that she could hear the thoughts of others!

Fun power, or curse?

For the first few days, this power seemed very fun. Knowing in advance what questions the teacher had in mind before the exam, understanding what his friends were really thinking—he was finding great pleasure in doing all this. But gradually this fun power began to turn into a curse.

Pushpa realized that people actually think the exact opposite of what they say on the inside. The friend who thought he loved her very much was hiding jealousy in his heart. The teacher who thought everyone was fair was giving higher marks to rich children in the exam.

The most terrible thing happened one morning.

The Terrible Truth That day, Pushpa was standing in front of the school teacher's lounge. She had gone to get a book. Suddenly, a voice came to her ears— "If anyone finds out this secret truth, then I'm finished! I've been covering it up for so many years!"

Pushpa looked around. There was no one around, only her teacher Sharif Sir sitting at his desk. His eyes were normal, but Pushpa knew that a terrible truth was hidden in his mind!

Pushpa stopped. What is he hiding, Sir? Has he committed any crime?

Should it be revealed? But who should he tell? Will anyone believe him?

He didn't know if this power was his blessing or a curse!

Facing the Darkness

The next day, Pushpa went to school and decided to try to learn more about Sharif Sir. Sir took classes as usual and taught the students. But Pushpa could not be normal at all.

One day, seizing the opportunity, she looked at the papers on Sir's desk. There was a clipping from an old newspaper.

Pushpa shivered when she saw the newspaper headline—

“A student from the school mysteriously disappears, the teacher is under suspicion!”

Her whole body went cold. So does Sharif Sir know anything?

Pushpa then decided to investigate further.

Pushpa facing the truth

He decided not to stop until he solved this mystery.

He secretly searched through old newspapers and found out that about ten years ago, a student from this same school mysteriously disappeared. His name was Rafiq. No one knows where he went.

But someone knew. And it was Sharif Sir!

Pushpa used her power to go deeper. One day, after class, she stood in front of Sir. Looking at him deeply, she said,

“Sir, do you know anything about Rafiq?”

Sharif Sir was shocked.

“Where did you hear that name?”

Pushpa said, “I know you are hiding something. I understand everything. Tell the truth!”

Sir’s mouth went dry. After a few moments of silence, he slowly said,

"Rafiq ran away from me one day because I disciplined him too much. I used to scare him, saying that if he didn't get good results, he would be expelled from school. But he couldn't take the pressure. One day, while he was running on the road next to the school, a car hit him. I got scared and didn't tell anyone."

Sharif Sir sighed. “I still carry this guilt, but I didn’t tell anyone. How do you know now?”

Pushpa didn’t laugh, she didn’t cry. She just said, “I know. Because I can hear other people’s thoughts.”

Sir stared at her in shock.

Pushpa's life is no longer the same. She knows that this power is both a blessing and a curse.

But she has decided that she will use this power for good.

And she will always bring the truth to the fore, no matter how much she wants to hide it!
