**WARNING*** These anime contain graphic images and themes. They are made for mature audiences.

Comment your favorite horror anime below! I have seen all the ones I am listing so I need recommendations from you for my anime horror week

Angels of Death

Storyline: 13-year-old Rachel awakens to find herself trapped in the basement of an unfamiliar building. Upon meeting a serial killer wrapped in bandages, she begs him to kill her. As his only wish is to leave the building alive, he agrees to do so if she would help him escape. A strange bond is struck between them, held by a bizarre promise. These two, trapped in this building, don't know why fate has placed them there. But they will work together desperately to find a way out.

Info: 16 episodes

Genre: Horror, Thriller

Rated: TV-14

This is easily one of my favorite horror anime of all time and was the first one I thought of when creating this list. This show reminds me a lot of the Saw movies. They throw you into a story where you don't know anything about the characters or how they got there but they need to escape fast. As they clear the levels of the building you discover more about each of the characters. The depth of each of the characters is amazing, The plot twists along the way will keep you on your toes every episode, and the ending gave me the chills. This might have had the best conclusion to a horror anime that I have ever seen.

Although this isn't an extremely graphic show, The content covered in this anime talks a lot about murder and suicide. If those topics are triggering for you this is your warning.

RATINGS:

IMDB: 6.5/10

ANIMEPLANET: 3.7/5

My Review: I can and will rewatch Angels of Death. Even though I know how it ends now, I loved watching the journey along the way. I feel like every time you watch it more things you didn't notice before will come to your attention. I have recommended this anime plenty of times and now I am recommending you kick off your horror anime week with it.

Decoding the Significance of 'The Boy and the Heron'

With that being said what did I think of the Boy and the Herron? I was lost the whole movie! I didn't follow a thing, and even though I was entertained I could not tell you a single thing about it after it finished. So of course I had to figure out what it was about after I watched it. I watched YouTube videos explaining the creation and story. Once I learned the depth of the storyline my mind was blown. I rewatched it once it was released to stream and it has become one of my favorite Studio Ghibli films.

Trillion Game: The Inspiring Journey from Poverty to Wealth in Anime

I know I review a lot of anime but you have to put this one on the top of your list! The fact that I haven’t heard of this anime shocks me. Great animation, an attention-grabbing storyline, unique characters, and leaves you feeling inspired to go after your wildest dreams, this anime has it all.

Bye for now!!
