Kashin Koji Saves Boruto From Code
Boruto Two Blue Vortex Chapter 13 Spoilers

The official teaser of the Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 13 has a picture of Boruto meeting Kashin Koji, and based on Boruto's appearance, it was sometime after Sasuke was defeated by code. Boruto was 13 years old at that time.

Boruto was summoned by Kashin Koji, with Boruto not being aware of what was happening as he appeared in one of Orochimaru's abandoned hideouts located outside the hidden sand village.
Kanshin Koji has taken extreme measures in hiding his whereabouts by placing a genjitsu in all the secret entrances located in Orochimaru's hideout.

This left fans of the fandom very stunned because they think Kashin Koji is only as strong and skilled as the Jiraiya we all know from Naruto Shippuden. Well, it turned out that Kashin Koji is an upgraded version of Jiraiya, able to use Genjitsu without any help from his toads.
He seriously doesn't want to be found because Orochimaru's hideouts are impossible to find, and putting agenjitsu in genjitsu only made it tougher for those who are looking to find the hideout.
One very interesting fact to note is that Kashin Koji is in a bad condition as one of his arms ripped off during the fight between Isshiki Boruto Naruto next generation anime.
Nobody helped out in fixing Kashin Koji
Some people may say that he must have found someone who has in-depth knowledge about scientific ninja tools like Katasuke, Amado, and Orochimaru.

For the Orochimaru part, that's kind of wrong because Orochimaru has been absent from the series a long time ago.
Are often forgetting that those ninja tech are failed technology from Konoha derived from Hashirama cells and, to an instance, have regeneration. We saw this with Kawaki as he was regenerating slower than when he was with Amado; he wasn't regenerating like Delta, Boro, or Victor.
So to answer the million-dollar question, it is just taking time for Kashin Koji's left arm to heal back.
Boruto was feeling uneasy meeting Kashin Koji because for the longest time people have been haunting him for the murder of Naruto, which never happened, and he is accused guilty of it, and he knows that the only people not blindfolded by the omnipotence are Kawaki, Sarada, Eida, and Damon.
Boruto doesn't even know that the class rep isn't affected by the omnipotence, so he has every reason to be weary of Kashin Koji.

Kashin Koji then tells Boruto that the frog standing on Boruto's feat is a ninja tool, meaning it's artificial. This is actually believable because we have never seen Kashin Koji appear on the contract seal of a toad. This makes sense because if you have to make a clone cyborg of Jiraiya, you'll have to do the same for a toad. Kashin koji, at some point, made use of his toads to communicate with Boruto, giving him instructions to escape from code.
In the preview, Boruto later asked Kashin Koji who he was and how he knew him. It was then that he took out the remaining piece of his mask.
People online are asking why Boruto couldn't recognize Kashin Koji, and the only logical explanation to this is that Kashin Koji was wearing a hoodie and keeping his head low in that scenario.
Kashin koji being immune to omnipotence is still a mystery because if clones were immune to omnipotence, then why's Mitsuki being affected? We should forget the fact that he is also a clone of Orochimaru.

Also, having Ninja Tech in you doesn't make you immune to omnipotence. Take code; for example, he is blaming Boruto for Kawaki's doings in the manga. So Ninja Tech is currently out of the option.
