Gutar Gu Season 2 Ending Explained

The way season 1 of the teen romantic drama series Gutar Gue ended, many people did not like its ending. Everyone wanted the story to continue. After the merger of MX Player and Amazon, there was a slight delay in the release of season 2, but finally, the makers released season 2 on MX Player on 11 October.

Season 2 has a total of six episodes and you will get to stream all the episodes free of cost on MX Player.

Season 2 begins exactly from where season 1 ended. In this new season, we once again get to see the innocent love story of Anuj and Ritu. As the episodes progress, we come to know that Anuj wants to become an actor and not an engineer and because of his strict parents, he is never able to share this with them.

On the other hand, Ritu gets a photography offer from a big company in Singapore but because she thinks that Anuj will convince his parents, she rejects the Singapore offer and accepts an offer to work in a small company in Mumbai.

Such small things keep happening in the series and slowly we reach episode 6 and we finally see that Anuj is never able to discuss his acting career with his parents during the entire show due to fear of them.

Also, small fights keep happening between Ritu and Anuj and finally Anuj leaves to take his engineering exam at his examination centre.

On the other hand, in Anuj's house, his younger brother Vineet shows Anuj's agreement paper to his mother. After some time, when this news reaches Anuj's father or rather when he gets to know about it, shockingly, instead of getting angry, he becomes happier and in the middle of Anuj's exam, he picks him up from the examination hall and drops him at the shooting location.

On the other hand, it is revealed that Ritu has also rejected the photography offer from Singapore and she is planning to work in Mumbai.

The last twist of Season 2 comes when Anuj's mother finally decides that she will also go to Mumbai with Anuj to live together. Anuj is shocked on hearing this because he had just decided with Ritu that he and Ritu will live together in Mumbai but after this, he will have to cancel that plan and the season ends here.

Now if we talk about the review of season 2 then Ashlesha Thakur and Vishesh Bansal have given a wonderful delivery in performance and even after many years, innocence is seen in their chemistry.

In this season also, the episodes are a bit shorter duration-wise, so it will not let you feel bored anywhere in the whole season and in between every episode, there will be some such moments that will make you slowly fall in love with this series and both the characters.

Now if we talk about season 3, then season 3 of this show will come and the makers have already started making season 3.

Like season 2, I don't think there will be any kind of delay in season 3 because everything is scheduled and is on track.

Talking about the expected release date of season 3, I think you all will get to watch it on MX Player in mid-2025.
