- First of all, you have to buy peanuts in it, after which it is put in the input hopper from where it is filled in the storage tank with the help of conveyors and elevators. While feeding from the conveyor, some water droplets are added to it, after which it is kept in the storage tank for 8 to 10 hours to get the kernels. After getting the kernels, it is put in the sheller machine with the help of conveyors and elevators. The sheller machine separates the dust and soil particles from it. After this, these ground nuts are sent to the toner machine, from which stones and heavy impurities are cleaned from them.
- Now, to separate the Groundnuts from their shells, they are put in the groundnut sheller machines respectively with the help of Redler Conveyor and elevator. With the help of the first machine, about 65 to 70% of the kernels of the ground nuts are separated. To remove the remaining kernels, the ground nuts are set in the second sheller machine. After this process, these separated kernels are put in the sheller machine. The peanut kernels are then passed through a grader machine, which separates the broken kernels from it, after which it is set in a round gravity separator machine which removes the impurities from it.
- Then, these kernels are put in a gravity separator with the help of a scale, which separates these kernels according to the grate, after which the separated high-quality kernels are put in a scale that separates the stones and pebbles present in these kernels. Now, with the help of a bucket elevator, they are put in a scale that separates the kernels according to the required colours specification. After this process, the clean and good quality kernels are stored in the storage bins with the help of a bucket elevator, after which it is fed in a classified separator machine. This machine separates these kernels into both small and big ones according to the acquired mesh size. Now, these clean kernels are packed according to the demand of the customer and dispatched to the market.
- To start this business on a primary level, you need 3000 to 4000 square feet of area, 18 to 20 kW electricity, and 10 to 12 manpower. You can easily start this business with an investment of 18 to 20 lakhs, in which you can earn a profit of 10 to 12%. To start this website, you also need licenses like GST, Garden, FSSAI, and Weight & Measurement. If you are short of money for investment, then you can take advantage of the PMEGP (Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme) scheme run by the government.
