Will Lulu do the deed

On General Hospital Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) is about to blow. She has been keeping the secret that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) gave birth to Dante Falconeri's (Dominic Zampragna) son when they were teens. BLQ has told Lulu to stay out of her business, and Laura Collins ( Genie Francis) advised her daughter that the information she has is not her story to tell.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Dante have demanded she leave Brook Lynn alone, but Lulu is connecting the dots and forming an opinion. She noticed how when Dante jumped Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Maza), Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) came to the teens defense. Detective Falconeri revealed that Lois and Gloria Cerullo ( Ellen Travolta) were always overprotective of Gio when they lived in Bensonhurst.

Decisions decisions

Lulu listened as Lois told Dante he did not know who Gio was, and she took it all in. General Hospital fans could see the wheels turning in Lulu's head, and she might put two and two together. Some GH viewers believe the next step is for the reporter to have a DNA test done. Once she has the information that proves Rocco Falconeri (Finn Car) has an older brother, she will not be able to keep this information under wraps.

Lulu is confused about how everyone has moved on during the four years she was in a coma. She still loves her former husband, who admitted he loves her, but she is also still in love with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). The Gio reveal is going to come out, and all signs point to Lulu being the one to break the news.

There will be a lot of fallout

There could be another situation where Dante lashes out at the teen. Perhaps he decides he should have nothing to do with Rocco. Gio confided in Emma Scorpio Drake ( Braeden Bruner) that Dante does not like him, so there will be hard feelings between the two men. Perhaps they might argue, and as things become heated, Lulu might blurt out that they are father and son.

The dynamics of the betrayal will haunt Port Charles residents for a long time to come. Lois and Gloria gave Dante and BLQ's baby to a family friend to raise. Gio grew up with his grandmother and great-grandmother hovering over him while his father and mother were nearby but clueless. Brook Lynn and Dante watched their child grow up from birth and did not realize who he was.

Some General Hospital viewers say BLQ should have noticed Gio's resemblance to her and his dad. She also should have considered his age and the timing of the adoption. Once the truth is revealed, Dante will be furious with Brook Lynn, Lois, and possibly Lulu.

All may be revealed at the Nurses Ball

Gio might be angry with his grandmother and great-grandmother for how they played God in his life. He may also lash out at his parents for not realizing he belonged to them. Brook Lynn will be stunned to realize she has known her son all his life. The one thing that will rattle Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) the most is that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is Gio's paternal grandfather.

Emotions will be high once this truth is made public, and if Lulu is the one to spill the secret, everyone might have a shoot-the-messenger attitude. General Hospital fans believe this will come to light during the week of the Nurses Ball and will change everything. Stay tuned to learn whether Lulu gets a DNA test and spills the secret.
