Days of Our Lives is close to naming Tesoro's biological father

Is Aaron Greene Tesoro's father?

Spoilers for Days of Our Lives suggest that Sophia Choi's (Rachel Boyd) life is about to come crashing down. Too many Salemites are figuring out that Tesoro (Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue) is her child, but Tate Black (Leo Howard) is not the father. 

Sophia will confide some secret to Melinda Trask (Tina Huang), but will it be the name of her baby daddy, and who is he? Many fans and spoilers suggest that it is Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo), but is this viable?

Aaron and Tate have been best friends for years and are sharing a dorm at Salem University. Aaron knows all about the drama Tate has been dealing with related to Sophia and Holly Jonas ( Ashley Puzemis). 

Days of Our Lives never showed any exchange between Sophia and Aaron to indicate that there was anything between them. Aaron did initially share with Tate that he was into Ms. Choi and wanted to ask her to the prom. 

Is there another baby daddy?

If the two had ever been intimate, Aaron should have been asking her if the baby was his, and he should have discussed it with Tate. Did he and Sophia sleep together prior to her asking Tate to the prom? 

Perhaps he also inquired about the baby off-camera because Days of Our Lives was waiting until now to drop the bombshell. If Aaron is not Tesoro's bio dad, then who is?

Sophia seemed surprised to learn the DNA test revealed that Tate was not her baby daddy. She appeared to have forgotten that she was with someone else.

There are no other male teens on the soap, so did she have a random hookup, and with whom? She and Tate used protection so she obviously did not with the other man.

When Sophia teased Holly that she would give Tate what Ms. Jonas would not, some DOOL fans assumed that Ms. Choi was not a virgin, as Tate and Holly were. Some fans all along have been saying that Tate is not the father, and they were correct.

A ripple effect throughout Salem

Sophia's mother, Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielsen), will be livid to find out her daughter has been sleeping around with at least two men during the same timeframe.

Tate will be angry he does not have a child and no doubt experience a sense of loss because he has believed all of this time that he had a daughter. He will be furious with Sophia for lying, and so will Holly.

Sophia took images of her college classmate while she was passed out and tried to make it look like Holly was still crushing on Johnny Dimera (Carson Boatman). 

Some spoilers suggest that Sophia might kidnap Tosoro, which would add another layer to this suspenseful saga. Johnny and Chanelle Dimera (Raven Bowens) know that Sophia tried to stop them from adopting the firehouse baby. 

Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), and Kayla Brady (Marybeth Evans) are also ready to expose the truth. Based on Friday's Days of Our Lives episode, it seems that everything will soon come to a head. Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez ( Al Caulderon) are hoping Chanel and Johnny will adopt the child they have been fostering so they can continue to spend time with him. Chanel and Johnny hope Tesoro is the firehouse baby they fell in love with and they can become his parents.

There are at least a dozen people in Salem involved in this storyline, so hopefully it will soon come to a close. Days of Our Lives fans want to see Holly and Tate reunite, Johnny and Chanel adopt Tesoro, Sophia and Melinda's deception exposed, and the real father named.
