Asuna becomes a close acquaintance with a young lady named Yuuki Konno, head of the Sleeping Knights, who requests that Asuna go along with them in one final mission together. Asuna later finds out that Yuuki is soon going to die as she is suffering from an illness.

Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online (8th April 2018)
This story revolves around Karen Kohiruimaki. Karen is a college student and is insecure about her height. Stressing over her insecurities, she reaches out to play a video game named Gun Gale Online as a mode of escape. There she finds out a virtual avatar of ownself. The cute, short character of the game makes her fall in love with it as she always wanted to be like her virtual character.
Sword Art Online Movie: Ordinal Scale (18th February 2017)
In 2026, another machine called the Augma is created to contend with the NerveGear and its replacement, the Atmosphere. A cutting-edge wearable gadget, the Augma doesn't have a full-jump work like its archetypes.

Season 3, Part 2: Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld (12th October 2019)
After the loss of Quinella, Kirito discovers that the Ocean Turtle was attacked. Because of an abrupt short-circuit created by the pillagers, Kirito's flashlight is harmed, leaving him torpid. Alice takes the oblivious Kirito back to their old neighborhood. Presently Alice wants Kirito to awaken. Nonetheless, misfortune strikes when Alice sees that the Dark Territory has begun to attack the Human Empire. Alice vows to overcome the Dark Territory to shield the world that Kirito and Eugeo endeavored to secure.
Season 3, Part 3: Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld 2nd Season (12th July 2021)
This Season is the epic end to Akihiko Kayaba's fantasy about making artificial human intelligence. Presently it is up to Kirito and his companions to shield this falling world from individuals that think it is only a game.
