'Agatha All Along': All The Best 'Billy' Clues You May Have Missed In Eps 1-5
The signs were always there.

WARNING! SPOILERS for Agatha All Along, eps 1-6.
While some fans wondered whether there still might be another twist after episode five's ending reveal, Agatha All Along's sixth episode, 'Familiar By Thy Side', confirms without a doubt that the character previously known only as Teen is actually Billy Maximoff, the son of Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch. Told mostly in flashback, the episode explains Billy's survival via his soul entering the body of recently-deceased teenager William Kaplan after the Hex on Westview collapsed.
While the earlier episodes threw in a few red herrings pointing to the possibility that Teen could be Agatha's son, Nicholas Scratch, the clues to Teen's reveal as Billy were there all along. Here's some of the best clues you may have missed.
The remnants of the sign
Excited over the impending arrival of the chosen coven members in the series second episode, Billy puts up a 'Welcome Coven' sign in Agatha's House. Agatha, who is not feeling quite so welcoming despite needing the coven to access the Witches' Road, rips the sign down. However, the 'W' and a pentagram symbol serving as the 'o' in coven fail to fall.
The 'W' could be a reference to Billy's Mother, Wanda, William, the full name of his host body, or Wiccan, Billy's future superhero identity.

The pentagram also hints at a Wiccan clue. In the comics, Billy makes regular use of pentagrams in spellwork, and sometimes, his powers imerge in a pentagram shape.
Reunion with Senor Scratchy

Before Agatha and her reluctant new coven members perform the sacred chant needed to open the Witches' Road, Agatha briefly sends the Teen away. While upstairs, he encounters and shares a rather sweet moment with Agatha's pet rabbit, Senor Scratchy, before the arrival of the sinister Salem 7 ruins everything.
While the young Maximoff twins are being babysat by Agatha (then still posing as nosy neighbor Agnes) in episode 7 of WandaVision, Billy shares a similar moment petting Senor Scratchy. While the extent of Teen's memories of his original life seem patchy, it is possible that he recognised Scratchy on some level, his existing rapport with the rabbit further proof to his identity as Billy Maximoff.
Sleeping Parents?

When the coven begins questioning Teen's identity, and the whereabouts of his parents, he claims that they are most likely sleeping. When introduced in the episode six flashbacks, Jeff and Rebecca Kaplan, though seemingly willing to allow William/Billy a lot of freedom, are loving parents and not at all inattentive.
While it is entirely possible Teen's answer is intended simply to deflect the coven from any concern of kidnapping charges, it is also possible that he is referring to Billy Maximoff's parents, Wanda and Vision.
Episode 6 reveals that, thanks to his research, Billy believes his parents to be dead. However, it is also worth noting that the last time Billy saw Wanda and Vision, they were tucking him into bed. He can easily choose to imagine that they are just sleeping.
Lucky 13

During the trial in Agatha All Along's third episode, Teen/Billy shares a bonding moment with protector witch Alice Wu-Gulliver. After Alice shares the curse-guarding tattoo given by her mother at age 13, Teen replies that 'a lot happened to him' at age 13.
This was likely foreshadowing the reveal of the car accident that killed William Kaplan, allowing Billy's soul to enter his body. The accident occurred when William was 13 years old, on the day of his Bar-Mitzvah. Also, seeing as Billy Maximoff was mentally 10 years old during the WandaVision finale, some percieve him as being 13 in Agatha All Along, despite his body being 16.
Ages 3 and up

During Agatha's trial in episode six, it is Billy who discovers the rules for the Ouija Board, most of which the coven breaks. However, one rule, seemingly thrown in for laughs, could actually have hinted towards the reveal of Billy's identity at the end of the episode.
Billy offhandedly mentions that the Ouija board is to be used by ages 3 and up. Agatha All Along takes place three years after the events of WandaVision, during which Billy was born. Despite being physically 16, Billy is chronologically three years old, just scraping in for the Ouija requirements.
Runes
While this clue was staring fans right in the face for most of the series, most who caught it only actually did so just prior to the reveal. Throughout the series, the Teen has worn a grey knit jumper bearing various witch symbols, including pentagrams, triquetras, and... Runes.
Runes were, of course, ilnstrumental to Billy's Mother, Wanda, defeating Agatha in the WandaVision finale. Wanda also used runes on the monsters she sends after America Chavez in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
The end credits
Perhaps the biggest clue of all was hiding right in the show's end credits sequence. Number one, we have the cast section, where Billy/Teen actor Joe Locke's name appears over a newspaper reporting a 'NEAR DEATH OUTSIDE WESTVIEW', a reference to the Kaplan family's car accident. Some fans had already expected that this might be a clue, but there could be more.
The show's end credits show a series of references to famous fictional witches, as well as book pages explaining witchcraft traditions, such as why witches remove their shoes on the Witches' Road. The pages, some now believe, are Billy Maximoff's research as he tried to connect with William Kaplan's life and interests, while also searching for his own answers.
The series has certainly been well crafted so far. We can't wait to see what the final three episodes of Agatha All Along have in store.
