Aaron D Spears is being jerked around again by 'The Bold and the Beautiful'
Justin Barber fans hope the actor will stick around this time and showcase his talent.

Once again, The Bold and the Beautiful is calling upon Aaron D Spears to reprise his role as Justin Barber on the CBS daytime drama. The talented actor has been placed on contract only to later be removed more times than I can count over the past few years. It was announced in January of 2020 that Dollar Bill Spencer's friend and sidekick would be getting more screen time but he was rarely seen and in October it was announced that he was no longer on contract status. Each time he returns to the LA scene, viewers only get a glimpse of him in the offices of Spencer Publications for a few episodes, and then he is gone.
When his niece Emma Barber was working at Forrester Creations she and her uncle barely spoke to each other. Viewers were certain that when Thomas forced Emma's car off the road which led to her death that Bill and Justin would seek revenge but it never happened. There was one scene where Justin said he had to notify his sister who was Emma's mother of the death and nothing more was said.
Spears has addressed his on again off again relationship with The Bold and the Beautiful by saying that it's "their show." The handsome actor has gone on record saying that he is available and glad to work anytime they need him. This lets viewers know that it is Brad Bell, the executive producer and head writer of the CBS daytime drama who keeps jerking Spears around.
The Bold and the Beautiful has several popular characters who besides Justin, who are fan favorites but they do not seem to know how to keep them around. Donna, Charlie, and Pam, are 3 beloved characters who are rarely seen. The powers that be on the soap also do not know what to do with characters of color. Detective Sanchez and Lieutenant Baker only come around about once a year to solve a crime or murder mystery. Both are now back on the show because of the death of Vinny Walker and they probably will disappear again once his murder is solved.
Spoilers suggest that Aaron D Spears' character is also coming back on the scene to help Dollar Bill through this crisis that he himself created. Justin could also be gone with the wind yet again when everything is sorted out regarding his boss/friend. Years ago Justin dumped Ridge Forrester out of a helicopter into the ocean on Dollar Bill's orders. Fans would love to see Mr. Barber in a storyline where he does more than be a yes man for Bill Spencer Jr.
Those who watch The Bold and the Beautiful have also noticed they have a huge turnover in characters who are people of color. In addition to Justin popping up and disappearing there was an entire Avant clan on the show and then poof they were gone. Maya, Nicole, Julius, Vivienne, and Xander who married into the family were here one day and gone the next. In addition to Sanchez who is Hispanic and Baker who is African American returning, there is Zende who was adopted is back at Forrester Creations, Zoe's portrayer Kiara Barnes is leaving B&B for a Fox network reboot of Fantasy Island. It's not clear if her character leaves town or will be replaced by a different actress.
Zoe's sister Paris is still on the show as is her former fiancee Carter Walton who was recently promoted to COO of Forrester Creations. The rumor mill suggests Carter might end up in an affair with Quinn so he at least is currently getting some work he can sink his teeth into. This is what Justin Barber needs, instead of only being a lackey for Dollar Bill. Spoilers tease that Justin might somehow help Bill and Liam to cover up their crime but viewers know the truth will be revealed. Each time Aaron D Spears returns to The Bold and the Beautiful his fans hope it will be for the long haul and he will have a meaty storyline. Here's to hoping that Justin Barber will stick around and Spears will be able to showcase his talent for a long time to come.
