10 Rookies That Should Debut on The Challenge
These rookies will become mainstays.
The Challenge has been casting rookies from non-MTV shows since Vendettas and we have seen some iconic challengers because of it including Olivia Kaiser, Josh Martinez, Faysal Shafaat, Kyle Christie and more! This is a list of 10 reality stars that should be casted on MTV's The Challenge!
Keanu Soto
Original Show - Big Brother 27
Place: 5th
Keanu will probably get called for The Challenge 42. He is a personal trainer who had the whole house against him on Big Brother 27. Keanu could become what Faysal thought he was on The Challenge.
Cydney Gillon
Original Show - Survivor: Kaoh Rong
Place: 4th
I've been saying Cydney needs to be on The Challenge for years now. She is a professional body builder who is also very strategic. Cydney knows how to get to the end of these games. She got 4th place on Survivor: Kaoh Rong (the same reason that Michele Fitzgerald won.)
Rob Rausch
Original Show - Love Island USA 6
Rob Rausch would be perfect for The Challenge. This man is DRAMA and he is athletic so he should be able to compete. Rob has the potential to be one of the faces of The Challenge.
Maddi Reese
Original Show - Southern Hospitality
Maddi is the face of Southern Hospitality and the show is slowly picking up viewers. There has already been 3 seasons and they have filmed a 4th. She is loud and gets into many confrontations. I don't know how she would do on The Challenge but I'd love to see her on it.
Charlie Zakkour
Original Show - Next Gen NYC
I was not a fan of Charlie on Next Gen NYC but he is messy and would probably have the whole Challenge house against him. He might only last 2-3 episodes but those episodes would be fireworks. Think Adam Royer from The Real World: Back to Las Vegas vibes but Charlie is smarter and less likely to pick a fight with someone he is going to lose to.
Taylor Hale
Original Show - Big Brother 24
Place: 1ST
I know people aren't fans of Taylor Hale anymore but I still love her. Taylor defied all odds by winning Big Brother 24 and becoming the first Black Woman to win Big Brother. She was on the block almost every week and found a way to get to the end. She performed well on Big Brother: Reindeer Games as well. I'd love to see her on The Challenge.
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro
Original Show - Jersey Shore
MTV really laid an egg when they didn't cast Jersey Shore housemates back in the day. Imagine JWoww and Sammi Sweetheart on a season of Rivals. Or imagine Angelina vs Bananas in an argument. I still think they can capitalize of off the success of Jersey Shore. Ronnie would be the only male I could see doing the show and you know this man is messy.
Natalie "Eva Marie"
Original Show - WWE
I'm surprised The Challenge doesn't cast more WWE superstars. One of their biggest stars is Mike "The Miz" who is originally from The Real World: Back to New York. We have seen some smaller names like Lio Rush on Spies, Lies, & Allies and Gabe Wai on this season but Natalie Eva Marie would bring in viewers! She is athletic but also knows how the reality TV world works as she was on Total Divas on E' Network and Celebrity Big Brother 2. She is also really good friends with Lolo Jones if that gives you any hints.
Bobby Lytes
Original Show - Love & Hip Hop Miami
This man is a mess. Go and watch Love & Hip Hop Miami or House of Villains 1. He is on 100 the entire time. I don't know how he would compete on the actual challenges but he would definetely be interesting to watch.
Natalie Anderson
Original Show - Survivor: San Juan Del Sur
Place: 1ST
Listen, I know Natalie was already on The Challenge. She was on Double Agents for a few episodes and actually won an elimination against Ashley Mitchell. She had to leave the game due to medical issues. We haven't seen her since so I'm counting her for this list as well. She would be undestructable in The Challenge.

Book Review: "Paris Stories" by Mavis Gallant
I like cheap books, but I love free books. This book was a free one and so, I couldn't help myself. For a long while, I have been recommended Mavis Gallant by fellow readers. After stating that I often like to read description and atmosphere more than dialogue and conversation, many stated I should read Mavis Gallant because of the way she formed sentences and imagery. Having read this book of Paris Stories, with an introduction by the writer of The English Patient I can honestly say that all of them were correct. Mavis Gallant is a writer you all need in your lives. She just has such a way with words. I can't even describe it. You can simply get endlessly lost in them.
