'Overwatch' Is Over Party
I know I said the beloved "most played" game of Overwatch was a mess about a year ago, but now it's done for. With all of the unbalanced trash in the game I really don't see how people even continue to play. Not only that, but all of the nerfs and changes to our beloved Mercy. Overwatch is cancelled. Sis is over.

The Murkoff Connection Part I
A big question that many of us faced after playing through the entire series of Outlast was “What is the connection between theses games?” In order to answer this question, I’ll have to start at the beginning with the first game, Outlast. Then I’ll explain the connection of the first game to Outlast: Whistleblower and then finish it with the last game, Outlast II. This will be a three part series so make sure to stay tuned for the next part.

Why 'Fortnite' Should End
Alright, before anyone gets their bloomies in a twist, I should say I have been exclusively playing this game consistently for about five months and played it a few times last December. So, that means I have seen many of the failures within this game and its community. In the following rant I will not hold back on of my discoveries or name-calling. Just kidding, I won't be name-calling.

New Hero Is a What?!
Okay, let's be honest: when Blizzard announced the newest hero that it was adding to its ranks, we all scoffed in disbelief. We ignored it because holy shit they must be running out of ideas if they're going to put a hamster in a ball and let it roll around to kill people. What's next, a fish in an aquarium with laser vision? ... Probably.

Becoming a Casual Gamer
I've played video games most of my life and looking back I definitely went through some stages. My earliest memory of gaming was when I was maybe five or six years old. My older brother bought an Atari. I think I was more fascinated with it because I idolized my brother and he was making the tv do things on command. I didn't understand the games he played so it was lost on me.

The Death of 'Origin On the House'
Between the unveiling of The Sims 4's Seasons expansion, Battlefield V's closed alpha and some miscellaneous announcements about Unravel 2, Electronic Arts managed not to bring my attention to the fact that they ended the only service for which I followed them. The Origin platform's “On The House” game section has been ended permanently as EA rolls out updates to the Origin Access subscription system. Ironically, it seems to me the only reason to keep Origin installed now is to have access to the games EA previously gave away.

Why 'Final Fantasy' Should Be the Next MCU
I think I speak for most of the gaming community when I express my pity for anyone who's never experienced a good game or two. Many are the times I've gifted my girlfriend with an in-depth lecture on the ins and outs of the Final Fantasy VII continuity, met every time with cold indifference. Admittedly, I enjoy telling that story far too much to care if anyone’s listening or not, but it’s a tragic shame that so many people can’t get lost in video game storylines that, in all honesty, do a better job of telling stories than most movies I’ve ever seen. Final Fantasy in particular is 30 years of Japanese narrative magic that utterly deserves far more gold screen time than its been allowed thus far, especially considering the state of today's film industry, where writers and filmmakers seem to be so devoid of original ideas that we’ve seen a huge spike in re-emerged franchises from the 80s and 90s just to fill that creative gap. Films like Jurassic Park, Star Wars and Independence Day have spontaneously popped back into our lives like unannounced remnants of an adolescent love affair. If there is a void in Hollywood’s creative works, I can think of a far less exploited source of inspiration.
