Mindfulness through Worldbuilding
When I first saw this challenge and prompt my mind went to all the various things I do for my own self-care. I wouldn't label myself a renaissance man but I do cast a wide net when it comes to interests. I have always been able to mix in with various cliques and groups since middle school. This is partly because of my upbringing but I feel it is more to do with how I approach hobbies and interests. I can be a bit obsessive about something new. My parents and grandparents did a great job when I was young in trying new things. I hiked, fished, hunted, camped, backpacked, boated, played video games, participated in sports, read non-fiction fact books, read high and low fantasy, wrote my own stories, went to church, learned about collections and coins, picked up skills as a gardener, played board games, talked about world events, and spent time with my own imagination. These things all helped to craft who I am today but the last, working my imagination muscles, is what ultimately helped me be able to find my own peace when needed.

Fire Spinning & Fun Or Games
I really enjoy when I dance! The music of life does commence. We forget our lack our expense. Our worries & cares we set free. With elation we can just be. We find we’re our own enemy. We refine our coordination. Life’s a moving meditation. We must spark pure animation! Dancing can be quite spiritual. Our bodies make is physical, the affect of dance magical. I do love dancing with fire. It’s known to spark men’s desire. Flow focus it does require. We do thus spark our own vortex. We light our cerebral cortex, bright fluid perfection reflex.

Zen of Painting
I love painting miniatures. I have been playing various games that use miniatures for many years. There is a satisfaction that comes from having other people admire your handiwork. At root though, there is something even more satisfying, when you see yourself improving in a skill that is simple to begin, but increasingly more difficult as your skill improves. In the beginning, having a miniature that is partially painted is a big leap from using unpainted minis. A solid leap from there is when you start to become neat and skilled, and people start to admire your work. The next stage, is competition. I started entering my work in painting contests at some of the gaming conventions. Gencon, is one of the largest gaming conventions in the world. Over 100,000 people descend upon Indianapolis for four days of gaming and socializing. Some of the best painters in the world also attend, as there are numerous painting contests. As an example, speed painting, is an event where several artists are given miniatures, and are graded on the quality of their work, with only limited time, one hour in this case, to complete it. Here is video of this event, one of my favorites.

What iGaming taught me about flexibility
I first set foot into the iGaming industry when I worked as a marketing intern for one of the biggest sports betting sites in Europe. Back in 2012 I was confronted with a very different landscape than what we are seeing today and looking back it makes me excited to see how much has changed and how much is likely to evolve moving forward.

THE MEDIUM
Being one of the first games to launch this for the new generation I had a lot of excitement for the medium. It looked dark and edgy and raw, all the things I enjoy in a horror-action thriller game, though admittedly I am not a huge follower of horror games. I was looking forward to seeing what the power of the next generation was going to bring in terms of graphical fidelity, unfortunately, I was unable to secure an Xbox series X for this so I missed out on that experience. However thanks to XGP (Xbox game pass) I WAS able to play this on my PC, though missing out on the feeling of “next-gen” I still thoroughly enjoyed my experience..after getting over a few odd gameplay mechanics and the somewhat outdated feeling graphics that is. Odd quirks aside, I thoroughly enjoyed my roughly 12-hour playthrough of ‘The Medium’. By the end, I was in awe of the world built by the crew over at Bloober Team.
