What is Minecraft?

Minecraft is one of the most popular game among gamers nowadays, you can play this game in any platform such PC (Windows or Apple or Linux), Consoles, Xbox, mobile devices or many others. This game is developed by Mojang Studios, a sandbox video game from Sweden. Minecraft was firstly introduced in May 2009 before finally it’s fully released in November 2011. By 2020, Minecraft became the best-selling video game of all time, with its record for selling 200 million copies sold and 126 million monthly active users sold.

Minecraft has its own up and down era, thanx to Pewdiepie, whose been playing this game since its first initial release, in 2019, he played this game again after not playing it for several years, he uploaded the video of him playing Minecraft to his YouTube account and the viewers raked into 48 million last time I checked, and it brought even more and more people to play this game.

I’ve been playing this game since my then-boyfriend now my husband; introduced me to this very game 2 years ago, in 2019 (Pewdiepie also made me play this game as well XD). At first, I was hesitant and felt reluctant to play the game, merely because he played this game before, with his ex, LoL.

But he kept convincing me until the day I agreed to play it only for a trial. I agreed, “Ok, let me try it first, if I enjoy it, I’ll keep play it.”

Then I keep playing the game even until we got married, then I moved in with him, and now we are living together, we still playing the game. Hahahah.

Can you play Minecraft for free? The answer is yes and no.

Yes, you can play Minecraft for free with their classic version, this Minecraft Classic is free to play and you could play on any web browsers, it also does not require download. This version of Minecraft Classic is from its earliest form and it allows you play along with other 8 players, 9 with you all together.

No, you cannot play the up dated version, me and my husband, we have to pay for each of our accounts, 26.95 dollars to install the game in our computer. This paid version, allows you to have the updated version every period, the Minecraft team always add more animals, more modification in the game which make the game even more interesting to play, so you will never get bored play this game.

What is so interesting about playing this game?

Very interesting, playing Minecraft more than playing a video game, basically this game will give you, your own very world, you will spawn (appear) in a random place, it could be a forest, a desert, a sea, or many other places. In their latest updated, Minecraft has 60 different biomes, such Dessert Biome, Dark Wood Biome, Plain Biome, and many others. You could start to build your own house, create your own farm, and make your own village. You could also just adventure your world, and the amazing of Minecraft is how far this world can stretch, you could just keep going north, or just keep going west that is up to you. You also can make your own map!

In my creative game mode, I usually like to make the map of the world I am living. Which I will explain in another article.

First thing to keep in mind when you play Minecraft for the first time in Survive game mode, you have to survive and try to skip the night, I will make an article about how to survive your first night easily using only one item, please wait for my next article. ^^
