Review: 'Doctor Who' (11.8) "The Witchfinders"
This season's third historical adventure continues to show that the thirteenth Doctor's best episodes are those set in the past. Unlike “Rosa” or “Demons of the Punjab,” though, “The Witchfinders” is an episode that relies heavily on an alien influence. That's not to say that a purely historical episode set during the witch trials wouldn't work, but it would be a very different story to the one we enjoyed on Sunday night. While there's a moral side to the story, “The Witchfinders” is unashamedly in the mould of the theme park history romps of the previous few Doctors, and that's great. As good as the more serious historicals this season have been, it's worth reminding viewers that trips to the past can be a lark as well.

In the fall of 2018, news finally broke out about the latest addition to the Men in Black franchise, and I couldn't be more excited. Men in Black 4 has already reached production and that means that us sci-fi fans will get more of a hilariously fun series.

Unforeseen Forces
It was a crisp southern fall morning. The breeze was more like an old snowman’s breath, cool and light. The sky was a soft rich blue. Mommy duties complete nature offered a break in time. A core recharging breath and linear time didn't exist. Having learned to utilize the Internet to grow my small business, I got on the line. Looking to network and advocate my personal mission for the day, I logged into social media. The first images I saw sent shockwaves hitting the pit of my stomach. Time all out melted and faded away. The serene morning songs of the birds had been placed on mute and the silence was deafening.

Intrinsic Magick
Intrinsic magick is my personal favorite, and also runs in my family as you do not need to use tools for this sort of magickal act. Amber K states that you use magick when you use your “mind, body, voice, will, energy field, and emotions” (174), to create a change in reality. The Witch’s Pyramid is all about “imagination, will, silence, faith, love, and knowledge." You can use the mind, to imagine possibilities as well as increase focus. Senses allow us to feel or see the energies available to us that can make changes in our reality.

Review of 'Outlander' 4.4
Another great episode of Outlander last night—4.4—in which Jamie and Claire come to terms with bears and the Cherokee, and then at the end, we learn something much worse, which apparently they won't be able to come to terms with at all.
