Orbis—Emerald Civil War, 630 BDW
After months of silence, I've decided that now is a good enough time in my life to continue this profile. Since starting university as a creative writing student, I’ve had a lot of time to write more for my world. I’ve remoulded old pieces, finished more writing projects that further flesh out my world and most importantly, I’ve started to come closer to a real plan for my first official world.

Orbis - Brief History Chapter 4
The term “Ari” is used to describe all elves. The term itself is a key word in the history of Orbis that represents the importance of magic and knowledge throughout the world. Draoix, the God of Magic, is often depicted as the Father of the Ari; Elves put this God above the chief deity Domini. The word Ari originates from the ancient Mystari Empire, where the elves were referred to only as Ari, whilst the men and beast folk were less than. Ari was a word of meaning, a title that depicted that of usefulness and resource. The Ari were slave soldiers. Auxiliaries, if you may. Some Ari were even given representation in the Mystari Empire. It was this reason that the elves adopted this title after the fall of the Mystari Empire. The Mystari used it to describe themselves. Why shouldn’t they? After all, they overthrew their masters. They deserved it. Names such as Galari translated to “Golden Skinned Elf” or illumari meaning “Glimmering white elf.”

Orbis - Brief History Chapter 3
The Stenraadi Nomadic Folk: Aside from the Wargothian and the Oakmen, the last remaining species of man are the Stenraadi Nomadic Folk and the forest folk whom go by the name of the Faesiul. These men have often throughout history been subjugated to direct rule from foreign powers or slavery. They can be found inhabiting the open land of Central Lilacia. Their presence can be found in the Enchanted forest (more notably the Kamali Kingdom), the Bloodmen Kingdom, Underhold, and Stenrode.

Orbis - Brief History Chapter 2
Wargothia: Next on the regional list of Lilacia, we have Wargothia. Located to the immediate south of the Cursed Lands, and completely cuts off all routes to the northern region of Lilacia. The region of Wargothia, or the Wargothian Mountains, is home to some of the most prominent human ethnicities and some of the only mankind in Lilacia. The Wargothian, the Bloodmen, the Grecklosi, and the Eandic peoples are all are all genetic cousins — all originating from the Wargothian bloodline — but all have branched off into their own subspecies with small yet defining characteristics to each type.

Orbis – Brief History
The Cursed Lands. The northernmost region of the continent of Lilacia; home to many of orbis’ magic wielded. The region got its name from the sinister magic that shrouds the landscape. The land is murky, damp and full of thick forests. Most wildlife was killed off long ago during the reign of terror that ensued during the ancient Mystari Empire. The Wargothian mountain range forbids groups of animal to pass north, and vice versa, thus isolating any remaining life that is unfortunate enough to call the Cursed Lands their home. But what of the Riftmen and the Mystari?
