Trial of the Century

Statute of Limitations Repealed

By J. S. WadePublished 3 years ago 1 min read

“Hear ye, hear ye, this International court is now in session,” declared the bailiff.

“The defendant will rise. The prosecution will present the charges,” said the Chief Judge.

“Your honor the defendant is charged with one count of negligent homicide, one count of first degree murder, forty counts of aiding and abetting the slaughter of a protected species of wolves, two counts of resisting arrest by fugitive flight, grand theft, transporting stolen goods, truancy, and obstruction of Justice ,” said the prosecution.

The judge turned to the defendant and said,

“Dorothy, of Kansas, How do you plead?”

Does Kansas have the death penalty and was Toto charged or was he a witness for the prosecution? Good work!

Oh, nice one, very clever! Hero, terrorist, it all depends where you stand doesn't it 😁 "And then Jack chopped down what was the world's last beanstalk, adding murder and ecological terrorism to the theft, enticement, and trespass charges already mentioned, and all the giant's children didn't have a daddy anymore..." 😁😂
