“Hear ye, hear ye, this International court is now in session,” declared the bailiff.
“The defendant will rise. The prosecution will present the charges,” said the Chief Judge.
“Your honor the defendant is charged with one count of negligent homicide, one count of first degree murder, forty counts of aiding and abetting the slaughter of a protected species of wolves, two counts of resisting arrest by fugitive flight, grand theft, transporting stolen goods, truancy, and obstruction of Justice ,” said the prosecution.
The judge turned to the defendant and said,
“Dorothy, of Kansas, How do you plead?”

Haha, clever take. Nice punch line! I went back and reread it.
Bahaha!! This one cracked me up. What a delight to read, thank you for the chuckle. Wizard of Oz has always been one of my daughter's favorite movies and mine :)
lol very cute. That poor Dorothy always getting into trouble 😊
My 'omggggg' was replaced with 'hahahahahahahahahaha' when I saw Dorothy! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh yes!!! This was the best! Did not see Dorothy coming lol
Awesome punch-line, Nice one!😁
Scott, now you'd have our son falling in love with your writing, having referenced Dorothy of Kansas! Could it be the next great chapter, channeling the spirit of Frank L. Baum?
Does Kansas have the death penalty and was Toto charged or was he a witness for the prosecution? Good work!
Hilarious!
Aw, I love this :) Awesome idea and take!!
That was funny
Neat idea Scott!

Hahaha! You nailed it with this one, Scott!
Oh, she got away with sooooo. Much. This was funny.
Oh, nice one, very clever! Hero, terrorist, it all depends where you stand doesn't it 😁 "And then Jack chopped down what was the world's last beanstalk, adding murder and ecological terrorism to the theft, enticement, and trespass charges already mentioned, and all the giant's children didn't have a daddy anymore..." 😁😂
Awesome!!! Love this!!!💖💖💕
