I dreamt I was barefooted in a forest, running through a thunderstorm

The moonlight flickered in my eyes, and my coat failed to keep me warm

It wafted in the breeze, like the damp, wet feathers on a wing

So, I transformed into a bird, and my heart began to sing

I flew into a clearing, joining the star’s, adoring dawn

I witnessed mornings glory and the rising of the sun

The scent of pine embraced me and brought the warm, sweet, gentle calm

I sat upon its branch, as nature held me in its palm

I was introduced to peace, an elusive spirit, set in motion

My wings became a tattered sail, guiding my ship, upon life’s ocean

Crashing to the shore, feeling the sand between my toes

My wings had been replaced again, as my desire for freedom grows

Untamed, I am entangled, by the worries in my mind

I cut away the ties that bind to see what secrets I might find

Fascinated by transformagility and the courage to take on change

To employ willful ability, and then, completely rearrange

Becoming what we never were, or ever thought was possible

Exposing true identity, out of desire for what is plausible

Like the word 'transformagility'. Thinking that is what living is all about. Staying on your toes and still be able to transform yourself to fit various situations.
