Illynore: a History
The lush green hills of Illynore, as the story goes, were rolled out of the heavens by Tyche. Their highest peaks represented the land's good fortune, while the lowest valleys paid tribute to the hardships the kingdom was dealt, for fortune is not a one sided coin. Atop the highest point in the land stood Illynore Castle. Illynore Castle had been home to the Great House of Beaumount for generations. The Beaumount family tree was made of royal branches. Kings, Queens, Princes and Princesses. A benevolent ruling family who sought the best for their people. They ruled with firm, yet loving grace over the land from Glendyr to the Glades of Skercity.

Just Let Me Die Here (A Serialized Novel) 29
It’s been over a week since the last time I saw Millie. And she is the only one I want to see. As if to commemorate this passage of time, a blizzard sets in. For three days, it snows without stopping. With each layer of snow that falls over Canmore, I worry that another trail, another clue, another possibility of hope, is being covered, lost forever to the frozen land. I have received several worried texts from Sasha, wanting to know how I’m holding up and if there’s been any news. I don’t respond. I also have a reply to the email I sent to Jack, in which he demands that I call him. I don’t.

La Angel, Constanza
Las caléndulas bailaron en el crespucúlo as the breeze trickled through their bosoms. Seas of naranja y amarilla poured over the lush sierras verdes. They blurred like paint strokes on a canvas, whispering a silent story that most would never hear. Harmonious with the dirt, the trees, and the waters, they praised that this was paradiso. Esta es la tierra de dios.

Finding Time to Smell the Flowers
I found myself moving through more mountainous terrain. The Ozarks, I guessed. Didn’t know for sure. Blue and I had settled pretty quickly into something like routine. We’d camp a few days or more in places where game was plentiful. I’d smoke some of the meat to keep, and trade the rest.

The Legendary Werewolf Warriors
Prologue Late one Halloween night, in the rural area of Madison, Wisconsin, sixteen-year-old Zane was relaxing at his house. Zane was a 6’5 white male that had been very muscular ever since he hit puberty. He was average good-looking with blackish-brown hair and red eyes. Zane and his family lived out in the country parts of Madison, where the area was surrounded by open fields and woods. Their house was small with two floors to fit him, his parents, and his two siblings (Morgan and Zack). Zane was home alone handing out candy to the trick-or-treaters while the rest of his family was out. He had just given out his last piece of candy and decided to turn off the porch lights and settle in by watching the Monday night football game. At least until his girlfriend, Hannah arrived to hang out with him. Halfway through the game, however, the doorbell rang.

Hidden Reasons
Joree had been expecting the summons from Master Hobar. It actually came later that he’d anticipated, nearly three days since the Power Duels. Hobar’s class had been rather awkward since Joree’s ‘victory’, as no one was quite sure what to make of the outcome. They seemed unsure if it counted or not, and Joree could sympathize.
