A Wizard Fights Alone
We weren’t ready for this! If this wasn’t the epitome of irony, then I don’t know what was. All of us wanted adventure so badly, but neither of us understood how deadly it could become. Everything rested on my shoulders. What could go wrong? Besides everything? If I didn’t do something, my friends would die.

Hood Houdini
Visualize... Many people learn at a young age to become an escapist, someone who uses their mind, or body to escape the reality that surrounds them. Being able to imagine the world you want is like magic! I told myself, if I focused hard enough I could go anywhere, and be anything that I wanted. As a child I would stare into the blue skies that were on some days… cloudy, or rainy. Gazing dreamingly into the distance with a determined heart, an elevation of the mind far beyond my young years was being implemented… I am forever enlightened by that discovery.

A Thin Line
On the island of Pangea, there was a different type of being. Not all the way human & no longer just sentient energy. This new form of being gestated on the planet known now as Earth. Millions of years ago, beings of pure light discovered the newly forming planet Earth. It poured a liquid substance from the sky for nearly a thousand years upon the light being’s arrival. Then suddenly a large explosion made a more tangible substance emerge from the two parts hydrogen/one part oxygen substance that surrounded the planet. The light beings watched as hundreds of thousands of years passed as life forms formed. The new life came in all sizes! One of the light beings decided to adapt elements of this new world to further experience this new way of creating. The light beings were from a reality before the one we know. Creation was more controlled where they were from than here on Earth. The light being who decided to touch & unexpectedly merge with Earth would signal a being from their home. The act of merging two different entities of immense power summoned Djehuti, the bearer of Law and Intelligence! As law descended on Earth the other light beings followed. The first light being to merge with Earth fell into the more tangible substance. The light being noticed the constant duality in every element on this planet. Once the light being emerged from the Earth's surface it developed a brain-type organ. It wanted to store all the information it was receiving about this planet. Then the light being formed an optic extension of the brain to view all its surveys. Then it developed an extension of the brain to pick up vibrational waves. The light being then split all these organs into two. So there floated a brain with two sides to it, with two eyes, & two ears. A long extension flowed from the bottom of the brain into the ground. The newly formed being thought it wanted to sense what was going on inside of the ground and liquid, so it developed a string that observed the different elements, atoms, and cells in the ground and liquid. Soon millions of strings flowed from the brain down a tube that became hardened like stone. This was to protect the strings feeding the brain information from the ground and liquid. Djehuti watched & took account of this astonishing feat. Djehuti watched for thousands of years as the light beings spread throughout the Earth developing in the same manner as the first of them who descended.

Chapter 8: An Old Friend
The wind whipped through the trees causing them to bend with each gust that was thrown at them. Snowflakes clung to to needles decorating them with a white frosting. The pine tree outside Peter’s room knocked rhythmicly against the cabin’s wall knocking a gentle wake up call. The window stopped the full gust of wind but a small separation between the window and frame allowed the cold wind to brush across Peter’s face as he laid still. He listened for a moment all nestled in bed to the peace of the wind’s whisper.

Unravel
Maeve skidded around the corner of the dark, pungent alley, Malakai on her heels. She could hear his footsteps as he splashed through the reeking puddles of the previous night’s rain behind her. That he hadn’t caught up to her yet, despite the fact that they were evenly matched in every sense of the word, was bewildering. It meant that he was distracted.

Five Seconds With Death
“Leah? Is there anything you can do?” Looking at the scene it seemed pretty obvious to me. Someone hit the beautiful redhead lying on the floor over the head with a alabaster bust of Queen Elizabeth I. It was lying next to her covered with blood, which she could only assume was the victims. The local PD usually only called her to try to see how someone died.

Journey Into The Unknown!
If you could do anything, what would you do? If you could be anyone, who would you be? In my opinion, these questions can be answered in two ways. One way is that you judge the people who are asking you these questions, analyze the surroundings, occasion and tailor your answer accordingly. Or, you can close your eyes, search within, ask your heart and let it fly like a bird. As it wanders in the endless skies of imagination. Let it figure out what you truly want to do and who you truly want to be.
