Old Advice
Vocal Community Microfiction Series - Longevity
"My Doctor is such an odd boy," Hashim said.
"Oh?" Idan was used to his friend thinking aloud and ambled along with it.
"He said that although I'm healthier than most men my age I shouldn't be giving him any advice."
"Isn't your Doctor the one who looks 30 years older than he should?"
"That's the one," Hashim confirmed.
Idan shook his head. "He's too young to stay inside all by himself."
"I told him so. I mean, look," Hashim spread his arms wide and laughed. "It's such a beautiful day!"

Doctor plus holistic is the key
One time I saw my doctor for an ear infection. He saw me stick my finger inside and chastised me with the old adage that you should never put anything smaller than your elbow inside your ear. Then, with a grin, he told me "except if you need QTips after swimming." A-hole.
Lol, some doctors don't even take their own advice. Hypocrites 🤣🤣🤣
I like that idea, giving the doctor advice. They need it sometimes!
I'm told doctors make the worst patients.
