The engineering lookalike approached Elon and the commander.
“The spaceship is ready for liftoff,” it said.
Elon nodded and turned to the commanding lookalike.
“This is the last we will ever see of each other,” he said.
“Good,” the commanding lookalike replied. “Do not worry, Earth is in good hands.”
I doubt that, Elon thought.
“Farewell,” he said.
“Farewell.”
With that, Elon entered the spaceship and sat in the captain’s chair. As soon as he turned on the controls, though, a fog rolled in through the vents. Elon’s head began to spin, and darkness closed in around him.
“What the…”
