Charlie AND THE TRAIN BY LONDON STEEN

There was a little boy named Charlie who’s dad is a train constructer but Charlie's mom wasn't around. Cause she wasn't ready to have a kid at least that's what Charlie's dad says.

One day when Charlie was fast asleep his dad woke him up saying to pack his most precious things and get in the car and Charlie did what his dad said. But Charlie was confussed why they were in such a hurry to leave their house at 10.00 pm at night, especially packing his most important things.

While Charlie's dad was driving Charlie noticed that his dad was driving in the direction of train tracks and Charlie asked his dad and asked, “Dad why are we leaving home at night?”

Charlie's dad explained to him that he got a lawsuit for over pricing the tickets he sold to get on his train and he had to pay $1 million dollars, but he couldn't afford to pay so much and the goverment said that if he can't he had to go to jail for 15 years and Charlie would end up in a foster home.

There was a long pause as Charlie processed this thought. His dad was quiet and kept driving, until they heard a pop. The car got bumpy and they CRASHED into a tree. Soon 2 hours passed and Charlie gained consciousness and woke up with a bloody nose, a bruised head, and a cut on his neck.

He looked around him and saw his dad slowly breathing and had a piece of glass in his stomach, and a piece of glass sticking out of his chest right next to his heart.

Charlie realized his dad was dying and quickly knew he couldn't get to the hospital in time so he talked to his dad. After talking Charlie's dad gave him a locket with a lady's picture inside of it before dying Charlie's dad said, “T-this is y-your mom son FIND HER she’ll keep you safe.”

After his dad died Charlie cried. After 30 minutes of crying Charlie sat on the side of the road and all he could do was wait. Charlie soon fell asleep and woke up in the hospital with a gown on and no one in the room. Then he began to yell hello and some type of nurse came into the room. and asked him questions like do you know where your parents are or like how did you get on the side of the road and how Charlie got hurt and he told the nurse the truth and even about locket soon 2 weeks passed and Charlie ended up in a foster home.

Charlie was terrified and scared and spent most of the day in his room crying. After 5 hours somebody was knocking on Charlie's door. When he opened it he saw a small little girl about his age who looked oddly happy. Charlie thought that she looked like she wasn't eating enough and noticed she had torn clothes.

She spoke with a high pitched voice saying, “It's time for dinner and skipped off. Then Charlie's heart started beating really fast and butterflys in his stomach did Charlie have a crush ? then Charlie went downstairs to see a dinner table and a bunch of kids including Charlies crush eating what seemed to be bread and a single piece of broccoli then a stubby short lady said with a unpleasant attitude said sit down it's time to eat so Charlie sat next to his Crush soon it was awkward in quiet. So Charlie spoak up and said ( hi im Charlie whats your name ) then the girl spoke up and said oh umm hi im k.c Charlie said ( k.c. that's it does it stand for something ) k.c. said it stands for Kassandra camper but everyone calls me k.c. so if you don't mind can you call me k.c ) Charlie said ( That's a very pretty name k.c. ) K.c then said ( thanks Charlie that's a really uniqe name ). Then they both smiled then the whole table said ohhhhhhhhhh one boy from the crowd who looked 5 years older than him said get a room Charlie didn't want to mess with that boy cause he was only 9 years old when dinner pasts and Charlie was done eating he realized everyone was going to one room and then realized he was in the ladies room not his then he followed every one and saw a giant room full with bunk bed and he saw his name on one of them it said Charlie right on it. He was on the bottom of the bunk bed then he saw someone's name on the top bunk it said K.C Charlie was thrilled now could be next to his crush / friend more after he got in bed he saw k.c coming and got in bed and then Charlie fell asleep .

Next morning Charlie woke up to smell bacon and eggs and he jumped off the bed of excitment then fell but he was fine when he got up off the ground he saw k.c way asleep and smiled thinking she was really cute when asleep but he got back to reality and woke up k.c saying ( k.c wake up i smell breakfast ) but when k.c woke up she said the lady that's in charge of us has a candle that smells like bacon and eggs to trick the newbies because the second they come out the door the mistress has work for them and when i say work i mean WORK. Charlie then had a sad face but k.c( said we can go play basketball in the backyard ) Charlie had a smile on his face and they went to go play once they were outside k.c explained the roles but while k.c was Charlie turned to see a open metal gate with a hole then k.c said are you even paying attention in a laughing way then Charlie said what's that hole in the gate k.c explained ( that a lot of kids edscape through there through that gate is a train station i can help you escape if you want Charlie ( said yes yes pls ). K.c said tonight at 10.40 pm sharp then that night after dinner Charlie and k.c snuck out of bed and went to the back yard then they both snuck through the gate and they were off to the train station when Charlie was about to get on the train he kissed k.c on the check and they said both said bye and Charlie was off to find a home or his MOM when Charlie was on the train he realized there were ALOT of kids then the conductor said fasten your seatbelts it's time to good soon Charlie heard a thump and a thud SO he went to the front to see what was happening his horror. He saw the train driver passed out on the floor and the train heading right towards a giant mountain then without even thinking he tried to get in the driver's seat but it was TO LATE Charlie and all of the kids on the train died but Charlie will be in everyone's heart and memory at the end.
