A standing salutation for Mission: Impossible in Cannes

On May 14, 2025- the Grand Theatre Lumiere of Cannes (France) has been an eye witness of an unforgettable incident. The gem of the Mission: Impossible franchise Tom cruise is getting a tribute of 5-minitue standing salutation in the Cannes Film Festival.

The final installment of this epic series has gone to the premier. The title of this film is ‘Mission: Impossible- The Final Reckoning’. The iconic character of Ethan Hunt has touched millions of hearts and the final season of this film is going to touch an exquisite cinematic milestone.

The 62 years old Tom Cruise was naturally emotional to give a good bye kiss his iconic film series. He was moved by the reception and get splashed by applause. The director of this film Christopher Macquarrie, co-stars Hayley Atwell, Simon Pegg, Vinge Rhames, and Angela Bassett were also present.

Tom cruise has embodied the character of Ethan Hunt since 1996 when the original Mission: Impossible was released. The last bow of the globe-shaking spy is being released world-wide and it is the eighth chapter.
