Start every morning right with these easy, tasty recipes! There’s a little something for everyone here, no matter your tastes. We promise you’ll wake up hungry for more. 9. Easy-Peasy Eggs and Bacon Bites - 3 net carbs per serving

5 slices bacon (can be turkey bacon) - 1 net carb per slice; omit if following diet

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 2 net carbs per cup; omit if following Paleo diet or dairy-free diet

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan or use paper liners to prevent sticking. Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain on paper towels and set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper until fluffy; stir in cheese and bacon bits. Pour egg mixture into prepared muffin pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full. Bake for 15 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown around edges. Cool slightly before removing from pan and serving warm with ketchup if desired. Makes 6 servings (1 bite per serving) - 2 net carbs per serving . Serves 12 (1 bite per serving) - 1 net carb per serving. 2 cups chopped broccoli florets - 5 net carbs per cup; omit if following low-carb diet such as Atkins diet

3 cups chopped cauliflower florets - 8 net carbs per cup; omit if following low-carb diet such as Atkins diet

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and return pasta to pot. Learn More Click Here
