How To Make:
- Heat one spoon of oil in a pan.

- 250 grams bitter gourd
- 250 grams brinjals
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
- Two spoons salt
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon amchoor
How To Make Karela And Baingan Ki Sabzi?
- Remove the skin of the bitter gourd
- Slice them thick
- Mix 1 tablespoon salt and keep it for 15 minutes
- Squeeze the liquid
- Cut brinjals into cubes
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry the bitter gourd over a high flame until it turns light brown
- Fry the brinjals separately with the same oil
- Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and cumin
- When they crack, add brinjals and bitter gourd along with salt, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, amchoor
- Mix well
- Saute on a low flame for five minutes

- Three cups mixed boiled beans (rajma, chawli, chick peas, hara chana)
- ½ cup sliced spring onions
- ¾ cup of tomatoes
For Dressing:
- One spoon oil

- ½ spoon garlic, grated
- Salt to taste
